The object of the present invention is therefore to further develop an interior lighting device for vehicles in such a way that improved interior lighting is ensured in a space-saving manner.
To solve this problem, the invention is characterized in connection with the preamble of
The particular advantage of the invention is that, in a space-saving manner, conventional interior lighting is combined in a common housing with hologram lighting, in which three-dimensional holographic lighting graphics are produced. The lighting unit and the hologram unit (the holographic element) form a unit for the advantageous design of interior lighting. A conventional lighting unit can advantageously be used to generate ambient interior lighting. For example, the lighting unit can be designed linearly following a contour of a paneling element of the vehicle interior. The hologram unit additionally integrated in the housing can be used to generate three-dimensional holographic illuminated graphics, such as the vehicle manufacturer's logo, pictograms for safety instructions (fasten seat belt) or individualized graphics for exclusive customers. If the interior lighting device is integrated, for example, in a semi-autonomous or autonomously driving vehicle, the hologram unit can be used, for example, depending on the driving situation or for different uses, such as entry, exit, quiet area, work area. If several hologram units are provided, they can be used for an animation, for example for a direction of entry into the vehicle or a direction of exit from the vehicle, by sequentially switching them on and off. The holographic light graphic can be used to generate logos and alphanumeric characters so that it has informational content for the user of the vehicle.
According to a further development of the invention, the hologram can be designed with any color, for example blue, green, yellow, red, or as a multicolored hologram, when illuminated with a white LED light source or an RGB LED and thus a color accent in combination with the put white interior lighting.
According to a development of the invention, the hologram element of the hologram unit and an optics unit of the lighting unit are flat, with the hologram element, the optics unit and the cover pane running essentially parallel to one another. Advantageously, this allows the housing to be designed in a space-saving manner, which facilitates installation in the trim parts of the vehicle.
According to a development of the invention, a plurality of hologram elements are arranged in pairs in a layered structure, with a first hologram element having the diffraction information for the holographic luminous graphics. A second hologram element has reflection means, see above that light passing through the hologram element is reflected back to the first hologram element by means of the second hologram element and the desired holographic luminous graphic is generated on the basis of the diffraction information contained in the first hologram element as a function of the reflection angle. Advantageously, several different holographic light graphics can be generated in this way in a space-saving manner with several pairs of hologram elements.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, light sources of the lighting unit and the hologram unit are arranged in a first area of the housing and components of the optical unit of the lighting unit and the hologram element are arranged in a second area of the housing. The first area thus serves as a place where only light sources are located. This is preferably covered by an opaque screen. The cover plate is located in the second area, behind which the light-forming components (optical unit, hologram element) are located. This functional separation enables the lighting device to be constructed in a space-saving manner.
According to a development of the invention, the hologram element is arranged on a coupling light guide, which has a light coupling surface for coupling in a light beam emitted by a light source and a light coupling surface for light coupling out of the coupled light. The coupling light guide thus represents an optical connection between the light source and the hologram element. An optimization of the illumination angle of the light incident on the hologram element can advantageously be achieved in this way.
Further advantages of the invention result from the further dependent claims.

An interior lighting device for vehicles can be integrated, for example, in a paneling element of a passenger compartment. The interior lighting device can be arranged, for example, in a paneling part of a dashboard, an inside of a vehicle door, on an A pillar and/or B pillar and/or C pillar or in a roof liner.
The vehicle can be an autonomously driving vehicle or a semi-autonomous vehicle. The interior lighting device according to the invention can be integrated as an interior light in cladding elements of the vehicle interior, particularly in areas of cladding that are characterized by narrow installation spaces or low overall depth because cable harnesses, supply lines and airbags are located there.
The interior lighting device according to the invention enables in particular an ambient interior lighting or reading light in connection with a three-dimensional illuminated image.
The interior lighting device has a hologram lighting unit as the

The
The
The
So that the

In contrast to the first embodiment of the invention, the

The
