Abstract
Die Transportsystemzweckumnutzung von Gas - bzw. Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung einer Gas - bzw. In Zeiten des Klimawandels und der damit einhergehenden Veränderung der Umwelt - bzw. Lebensbedingungen, insbesondere der Wasserversorgung, ist davon auszugehen, dass selbst in Gebieten, in welchen Wasserknappheit nie ein Problem war, eine ausreichende Wasserversorgung nicht mehr ohne enorme Anstrengungen und lediglich mit den Niederschlägen gewährleistet werden kann. Selbst wenn die Menge der Niederschläge gleichbleibt, kommt es zu gravierenden Verteilungsverschiebungen. Auf monatelange Trockenheit folgen Starkregen mit Überschwemmungen. Dies hat zur Folge, dass die Grundversorgung mit Lebensmitteln und natürlich mit sauberem Trinkwasser extrem beeinträchtigt wird und bis zur Unbewohnbarkeit von Gebieten führen kann. Betrachtet man die Situation in vielen Gegenden Deutschlands lässt sich feststellen, dass auch der Grundwasserspiegel bereits dramatisch gesunken ist, demzufolge kann eine Versorgung ausschließlich mit Grundwasser den Bedarf mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit für die Zukunft nicht decken.In times of climate change and the associated change in the environment and living conditions, especially the water supply, it can be assumed that even in areas where water scarcity was never a problem, an adequate water supply can no longer be obtained without enormous efforts and only with precipitation can be guaranteed. Ein möglicher Ansatz zur Bereitstellung von Wasser in solchen Gebieten ist die Zweckentfremdung von Gaspipelines als Transportweg für Wasser aus den Küstenregionen. Die benannten Gasleitungen existieren bereits bzw. sind teilweise fertigstellt und verbinden über weite Strecken große Gebiete miteinander. Aus kostentechnischer Sicht eine nur mit minimalem Aufwand umsetzbare Lösung. Viele dieser Leitungen verlaufen, gerade im Hinblick auf Deutschland durch die Ostsee und haben damit bereist eine direkte Verbindung mit der Wasserquelle. Die Verdichter - oder Pumpstationen müssten modifiziert und auf das Pumpen von Wasser umgerüstet werden. Entsalzungsanlagen würde entweder küstennah oder dezentral an den einzelnen Abnahmestellen im Landesinnern errichtet. So könnten große Regionen bei relativ wenig Aufwand mit Wasser versorgt werden.One possible approach to providing water in such areas is to use gas pipelines for other purposes to transport water from the coastal regions.
