Meine Anlage ist nun seit 6 Jahren in Betrieb und ich produziere 500kg Fisch pro m3 Produktionswasser.Im Vergleich, soll es bei einem einzelnen Kreislauf nur 250kg Rohfisch pro m3Produktionswasser sein. Damit habe ich die Mast verdoppelt und eine wegweisende Produktionsanlage designt.Aus diesem Grund möchte ich meine eigene Anlage und den verfahrenstechnischen Prozess schützen.With this system technology, operation will be easier, cheaper and more trouble-free. Bei dieser Erfindung geht es um geschlossene Kreislaufanlagen für die Fischzucht des afrikanischen Wels, Clarias gariepinus in der Aquakultur. Wie der Name schon sagt Kreislaufanlage, bestehen die heutigen Anlagen aus einem Kreislauf, auch als Reihenschaltung bezeichnet.
Die heutigen Warmwasser-Kreislaufanlagen haben eine Pumpe, eine Sedimentation, einen Biofilter, einen Pumpensumpf/Absatzbecken und ein oder mehre Becken mit Fischen. Wenn jetzt Becken dazu kommen, werden sie reihe geschaltet und es bleibt bei einem Kreislauf.
Bei bis zu 10%igen Wasseraustausch redet man von einer Kreislaufanlage, alle anderen sind Durchflussanlagen und belasten die Umwelt.

Das Abwasser ist, durch Prüfung der unteren Wasserbehörde MV nicht mehr als Fischgülle zu sehen!

Somit habe ich Rene Wedell einen neuen verfahrenstechnischen Prozess entwickelt, den „Mehrkreislauf in einem System!“
In meinem R&I, Zeichnungsnummer LAW-R&I-1000-2013, Dok-ID WeR-1000 (Figur Nr. 1) sehen sie drei Kreisläufe unabhängig dargestellt. In diesen Prozess können sie so viele Kreisläufe zu geben wie Sie wollen.
Die Anlage braucht nicht mehr außer Betrieb genommen werden um sie zu reinigen oder abzufischen, was sich nun für ihren Biofilter positiv auswirkt. Selbst bei einem Stromausfall haben sie noch eine Stunde Zeit auf Notstrom umzustellen. Die Anlage kann nach ihrem Vertrieb gesteuert werden, in dem man einen Kreislauf außer Betrieb nehmen kann oder dazu gibt. Somit haben sie immer den gleichen Energieverbrauch pro kg Fisch was bei einem einzelnen Kreislauf nicht möglich ist.
Sie haben in der Zeichnung drei kleine Pumpen an statt einer großen Pumpe, die auch laufen muss, wenn nur noch wenige Fische in der Anlage sind. Selbst wenn in einem Kreislauf etwas eingeblockt wird kann die Druckseite oder die Saugseite weiter laufen.
