The invention relates to a device for soundproofing, which comprises an arrangement of individual individual elements suspended from a ceiling according to the preamble of claim 1.

The individual element is designed in the form of a so-called baffle, i. H. a normally plate-shaped body that has sound-absorbing properties. In order to achieve this property, a baffle can comprise a mineral fiber material. In the usual way, baffles are arranged on a ceiling or on a wall of a building room.

Out DE 9006457 U1 Baffles are known, which consist of a dimensionally stable glass fiber plate, whereby the baffles have a comparatively low weight.

DE 42 29 712 A1 discloses a solution for improved soundproofing by arranging the baffle elements at an angle, ie obliquely, to the ceiling by means of tension and pressure elements.

A disadvantage of the known devices for soundproofing in rooms using baffeins is that the baffles have to be hung from the ceiling at a necessary minimum distance from one another in order not to shade room lighting located on the ceiling. This can even lead to the arrangement of baffles showing "voids", i. H. individual baffles have to be omitted to leave room for room lighting. An impairment of the sound insulation is therefore to be expected.

In addition to improved sound insulation with unimpaired room lighting, the possibility of room air conditioning would also be desirable.

The object of the invention is to create a device for soundproofing rooms that achieves improved room lighting compared to the prior art while at the same time increasing soundproofing, it also being possible for the rooms to be air-conditioned.

This object is achieved by a device for soundproofing rooms with the characterizing features of claim 1; Expedient refinements of the invention can be found in the dependent claims.

According to the disclosure, the device for soundproofing comprises a number of individual elements, hereinafter referred to as "baffle" according to the general convention. A baffle essentially has the shape of a prism. The baffle is preferably designed in the form of a right prism with a substantially square base, with at least two sides of the base being parallel to one another. In particular, the baffle can be essentially cuboid or plate-shaped.

The baffle has an outer covering, underneath which a layer of sound-insulating material is arranged at least partially. Here it can be provided that the layer of sound-absorbing material is at a distance from the lining, d. i.e. a kind of cavity can be formed between the two.

Alternatively or additionally, one or more of the side surfaces of a baffle can consist at least partially of a sound-absorbing material or be provided with a sound-absorbing surface structure.

On a first side wall, a fastener is arranged, by means of which the baffle on a ceiling directly or indirectly, z. B. attached to the ceiling carrier profiles, can be fastened.

On the second side wall of the baffle, opposite the first side wall, a lighting element is arranged along all or part of the side wall, it being possible to generate a “light cone” directed essentially away from the second side wall. The light-emitting element comprises a single, e.g. B. linearly trained, or more, z. B. spot-shaped, light sources.

Furthermore, a baffle includes a base support, which is connected to the fastening element and the lighting element.

Inside the baffle there is a temperature control element through which a heating/cooling medium can flow. The temperature control element preferably comprises at least one fluid channel for the supply and removal of the heating/cooling agent and a multiplicity of capillaries fluidically connected to this at least one fluid channel.

The temperature control element is fluidly connected to a central heating/cooling device which is arranged outside the baffles. For this purpose, the baffle has a fluid transfer nozzle which is guided through the outer wall of the baffle and is connected to the temperature control element or the fluid channel. A closed heating/cooling circuit can thus be formed by connecting the fluid transfer nozzles of all baffles to one another.

The device for soundproofing rooms comprises a large number of the above-described baffles which are attached to the ceiling of the room at a distance from one another, for example 50 cm, and are preferably aligned parallel to one another. A fluid channel system connects all temperature control elements of the individual baffles with the central heating/cooling device.

The advantage of the device for soundproofing is that due to the integration of a lighting element in each of the baffles, a uniform illumination of the room is made possible, with no restriction being necessary in this regard with regard to the arrangement of the baffles.

The additional merging of the soundproofing element with the air conditioning means that on the one hand there is no need for additional radiators in the room, on the other hand the distribution pipes of an air conditioning system do not have to be taken into account when attaching the baffles to the ceiling, so that the baffles can be optimally arranged with regard to sound insulation.

The invention can also be designed in such a way that the lighting element extends essentially along the entire second side wall of a baffle. The light-emitting element can comprise a cold-cathode tube of appropriate length or—preferably—have a multiplicity of light-emitting diodes arranged next to one another.

Advantageously, the lighting element is detachably connected to the base support so that it can be replaced.

According to one embodiment, the outer lining of the baffle is made of a textile and/or a plastic and/or a metal. In particular, the outer covering can have ornaments, texts and/or pictorial representations on its visible outside.

The cooling/heating capillaries are preferably arranged between the outer lining of the baffle and the layer of soundproofing material. Here, the cooling/heating capillaries can be embedded in the outer lining or the layer of soundproofing material in order to improve the heat exchange with the room air surrounding the baffles.

It can be provided that the fastening element comprises a threaded rod or a screw, whereby the baffle can be fixed by screwing the threaded rod or the screw into a corresponding threaded hole, e.g. B. a carrier profile, can be attached to the ceiling.

Alternatively, the fastening element can have other releasable connection elements, e.g. B. in the form of a click device.

One embodiment provides for the cooling/heating capillaries to be guided at equal distances from one another inside the baffle. The cooling/heating capillaries can be arranged—in a quasi-ring shape along the circumference—on four side walls within the baffle or on two opposite side walls.

The fluid channel is preferably arranged parallel to one of the side walls with the cooling/heating capillaries of the baffle, with fluid transfer nozzles guided through the outer wall of the baffle and connected to the fluid channel being arranged on the same.

An alternative embodiment provides that the cooling/heating capillaries are guided only along one side wall—preferably the second side wall with the lighting element.

Furthermore, it can be provided to combine the fluid transfer nozzle with the fastening element, so that the heating/coolant lines to the baffles are optically concealed by the fastening element. For this purpose, the fastening element can in particular have a hollow threaded rod which is designed as a fluid line.

According to one embodiment, in addition to the above-described baffles with a light element, the device for soundproofing also includes those without a light element, ie. H. unlit baffles. In this way, the lighting in the room can be adapted to the lighting requirements by means of an appropriate selection of baffles with a light element and baffles that are not. An unilluminated baffle can have a blind cover at the position where the lighting element would be provided.

The cooling/heating capillaries 9 extend radially from this and are guided inside the baffle 1 along the circumference between the layer of soundproofing material 7 and the lining 6 . The fluid transfer connection piece 10 connected to the fluid channel 8 is located in the upper area of the fluid channel 8.

The design of the baffle 1 according to the 2 has the shape of a prism with a substantially trapezoidal base. The fluid channel 8 is arranged parallel to one of the side surfaces, so that it runs at an angle to the vertical when the baffle 1 is installed as intended.

The plate-shaped baffle 1 according to 3 is fixed horizontally to the ceiling. The cooling/heating capillaries 9 are thus arranged on the lower side wall inside the baffle 1 . The layer 7 of soundproofing material is also located on the lower side wall, which in this example corresponds to the second side wall 11.2.

Device for soundproofing rooms, comprising a number of baffles (1) arranged below the ceiling, the baffles (1) being attached directly or indirectly to the ceiling on a first side wall (11.1) by means of a fastening element (2), characterized characterized in that - the baffles (1) are prismatic; - the baffles (1) have a lighting element (5) on their second side wall (11.2), which is opposite the first side wall (11.1); and - the baffles (1) have in their interior at least one fluid channel (8), from which branch off a large number of cooling/heating capillaries (9) routed through the interior of the baffle. Device for soundproofing rooms according to claim 1 , characterized in that the lighting element (5) extends substantially along the entire second side wall (11.2).
