Abstract

A kitchen module (2) is provided for a mobile living space (1), the kitchen module (2) having a first block (3) which provides a worktop (8) and storage space (5). Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a kitchen module for a mobile living space, as well as a vehicle, a container and a micro house with such a living space.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Mobile living spaces can be found in camping vehicles, for example, or in the form of residential containers. Here the problem arises of satisfying different living needs, such as sleeping or eating at a table, on a limited floor space and limited room height and thus in a limited room volume.

It is known to make a table adjustable in height and to provide it with a cushion when it is lowered in order to provide a place to sleep in conjunction with an adjacent seating area. Different furniture is used alternately either individually, namely as a table and as a seating area, or in combination, namely as a bed. It is accepted that such a bed is composed of a seating group and a table in segments and that sleeping comfort is thus impaired due to the associated segment boundaries. In addition, the table and seating group cannot be freely designed with regard to their individual dimensions. When combined, they must be able to provide a minimum of lying surface for sleeping.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention is defined by the independent claims.

According to one aspect of the invention, a kitchen module for a mobile living space is equipped with a first block, the first block providing a worktop and storage space. In addition, the kitchen module has a second block, the second block providing storage space. In addition, the kitchen module has an adjustment device that is set up to move the first block vertically relative to the second block.

According to a further aspect of the invention, a mobile living space is equipped with such a kitchen module.

According to a further aspect of the invention, the mobile living space is a living container or a micro-house.

The invention thus provides a kitchen module that is flexible in terms of its shape, which, arranged in a mobile living space, allows the living space to be made more compact in terms of its overall dimensions, to serve a larger number of different living needs through the living space and/or to provide greater living comfort place.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The kitchen module according to the invention is suitable for a mobile living space, for example for a living space of a vehicle, in particular a camping vehicle, a living container or a micro-house. The following description is to be understood as relating equally to a kitchen module according to the invention and a mobile living space (with a kitchen module) according to the invention. As far as "living space" is mentioned below, this means a mobile living space, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The kitchen module has a first block, a second block and an adjustment device. The first block is equipped with a worktop and (at least) a storage space. The second block is equipped with (at least) one storage space. The adjusting device is set up to move the first block vertically relative to the second block. The terms “move vertically” or “vertical movement” are to be understood as equally encompassing the respective back and forth movement, i.e. a vertical upward movement and a vertical downward movement, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The kitchen module can be conceived as a three-dimensional body (divided into blocks) that has a certain proportion of the living space provided space volume takes up. "Block", in particular the first block and the second block, each designates a partial body of the kitchen module. The kitchen module can be composed of several blocks, comprising at least the first and the second block, which in their entirety provide an overall body of the kitchen module. Because the kitchen module is assembled in blocks and at least the first block can be moved vertically relative to the second block, the shape of the three-dimensional body of the kitchen module can be varied. This enables a more flexible use of the living space, for example for different living needs or with regard to different body sizes of the occupants of the living space. In some configurations, more than one block can be moved vertically and/or horizontally relative to other blocks of the kitchen module.

In some configurations, the first block is or can be arranged vertically above the second block (in a stacked arrangement).

The term "stacked arrangement" of two blocks means that the two blocks are arranged directly adjacent in the vertical direction, i.e. without any blocks between them, with one of the two blocks overlapping the other block viewed in a vertical projection. For example, a degree of overlapping of one of the blocks by the other is at least 10%, 30%, 50%, 70%, 80% or 90%, or one block essentially completely overlaps the other. In some configurations, the first block has a base area that is smaller than or equal to a base area of the second block, and the second block, which is therefore larger in terms of surface area, overlaps the first block, which is smaller in terms of surface area, for example with one of the aforementioned degrees of overlap. The term "stacked arrangement" means that the two blocks can be vertically spaced, i.e. arranged with a space between the blocks. A stacked arrangement cannot be undone by a mere vertical movement. Moving out of the stacked arrangement means moving one block or both blocks horizontally to fall below the respective degree of overlap.

Arrangable means that in some configurations the adjustment device is set up to move the first block into and out of the stacked arrangement. In some other configurations, the adjustment device is not equipped for this, for example if the adjustment device is not set up to move the first block and/or the second block horizontally, but is nevertheless set up to move the first block vertically, or if the adjustment device is also set up to move the first block horizontally Blocks and/or the second block is equipped, however, for a limited horizontal movement which does not fall below a previously mentioned degree of overlap, i.e. the stacked arrangement is not broken by the horizontal movement.

In some configurations, the second block is located at ground level. The term "floor level" refers to an imaginary horizontal plane that limits the kitchen module at the bottom. For example, the floor level (viewed in the vertical direction) corresponds to a level of a floor of the living room on which the kitchen module stands or is attached. For example, the second block is designed to support the kitchen module, i.e. to support it against a floor of the living room. For example, the second block includes one or more feet or a base member. In some configurations, the second block is equipped with an attachment device to attach the kitchen module to a floor of the living space.

In some configurations, the first block and the second block are (directly) attached to one another by the adjustment device. As a result, the kitchen module, for example as a unit comprising at least the first block and the second block, can be assembled in the living room with little effort or, in some of these configurations, assembled and disassembled again. This also allows the kitchen module to be implemented as compact and with the lowest possible overall weight.

The height of the worktop can be adjusted by allowing the first block to be moved vertically, i.e. raised and lowered. Raising or lowering means that a distance from the ground level increases or decreases.

In some configurations, the storage space of the first block is equipped with a sink and/or a stove, which protrude from the worktop into the storage space. For example, the worktop is equipped with at least one recess in which the sink, a faucet or the stove can be arranged. For preparing food, the worktop is equipped, for example, with a waterproof, cut-resistant and/or heat-resistant surface coating, for example up to 120° C., 180° C. or 250° C. or more than 250° C. In some configurations, the countertop covers (upwards) the first block substantially completely or for the most part.

Since the first block is equipped with a storage space, the storage space is always moved in the same way as the worktop when the first block is adjusted vertically. This allows intuitive access to the storage space when working on the worktop, because it is always in the same place as seen from the worktop.

The second block also provides storage space. In some configurations, the storage space of the second block is equipped with at least one kitchen appliance, for example an oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and/or a freezer, and/or with at least one supply unit, for example a fresh water tank, a waste water tank, a hot water boiler and/or or a fuel gas tank.

In some configurations, a working position can be set by moving the first block vertically. "Working position" includes a vertical position, i.e. a height of the worktop above floor level, at which work can be carried out on or at the worktop in an ergonomic, standing posture. In some configurations, the working position can also describe a lower height, for example if the living space does not offer standing height. In some configurations, the adjusting device is set up for exactly one, for exactly two or for more than two working positions of the worktop. Because in some configurations the worktop can be optionally adjusted to different working positions by a user, this enables people of different heights to adopt a standing working position that is as ergonomic as possible.

For example, a working position (a height of the worktop above ground level) is 70 cm, 75 cm, 80 cm, 85 cm, 90 cm, 95 cm, 100 cm or 110 cm. As previously described, some designs provide at least two working positions for varying the height of the countertop. For example, a minimum working position is 70 cm, 75 cm, 80 cm, 85 cm or 90 cm. For example, a maximum working position is 90 cm, 95 cm, 100 cm or 110 cm, with the maximum working position being greater than the minimum working position of the height-adjustable worktop.

In some configurations, the adjusting device is equipped for a rinsing position and/or a cooking position. The rinsing position represents a height of the work surface that is increased relative to a working position, and the cooking position represents a height that is reduced relative to the working position. This allows a depth of the sink to be compensated in order to achieve an ergonomic standing posture when working in the sink. The cooking position simplifies access to a saucepan. The rinsing position or the cooking position can be understood as a relative height, which is to be understood relative to a currently set working position. For example, the kitchen module is equipped to adjust the rinsing position and/or the cooking position relative to a currently selected working position and then to return to the previously selected working position. The relative adjustment allows the rinsing position and/or the cooking position to be used without losing the working position previously selected to be suitable for a person, i.e. the adjustment device is set up to return from the rinsing position or the cooking position to the previously set working position. In some configurations, the adjustment device is equipped with an eccentric height adjuster, for example manually or electrically operated, which, starting from a working position currently set with the adjustment device, additionally raises and/or lowers the first block by a certain height. In some configurations, the rinsing position and/or the cooking position can be realized by a regular vertical movement of the adjusting device, in that the first block is moved by the desired relative height.

In some configurations, by moving the first block vertically, a travel position can be set in which the first block is lowered onto the second block. For example, in the travel position, a bottom of the first block is substantially level with a top of the second block. For example, the adjusting device is set up to lower the first block so that an upper side of the second block is directly adjacent to an underside of the first block. In some configurations, in the travel position, an air gap is formed between the first block and the second block. The air gap is, for example, a maximum of 1 mm, 5 mm, 10 mm, 20 mm or 50 mm. This creates a visually coherent impression of the kitchen module. The air gap also makes it possible to avoid chafing contact between the blocks, for example when the vehicle is being driven, which leads to undesirable noise developments or damage to the surfaces of the blocks. For example, in the travel position, the first block and the second block are arranged without contact, and the first block is essentially supported by the adjustment device. In some other configurations, the first block is supported on the second block in the travel position. In this case, the second block can be equipped (at the top) with suitable support elements which are set up, for example, to carry a weight force of the first block completely or at least partially. With some The support elements are equipped with a depression or an elevation, so that the first block, when it is supported on the second block, is secured against undesired horizontal slipping by a positive fit. This is helpful for holding the first block securely to the second block, for example while a vehicle is moving. In configurations of the kitchen module in which the first block and the second block can be moved horizontally with respect to one another, "traveling position" also means, for example, that the first block and the second block are in a stacked arrangement, as described later, and/or the first block is in the inserted state.

In some configurations, the travel position corresponds to a height of the worktop above ground level, at which work can be carried out on or at the worktop in an ergonomic, standing posture. For example, the travel position represents a minimally adjustable working position.

In some other configurations, the travel position corresponds to a lower elevation of the countertop above ground level than a work position. This allows the kitchen module to be compact, for example when it is not in use. This is also advantageous insofar as a bed entry height in the range between a knee height and a hip height is perceived as comfortable by a person. Arranging a lying element at or above the working position of the kitchen module would mean getting into the bed with difficulty or requiring additional aids, such as stairs or a ladder. In some configurations, the kitchen module is therefore equipped to support a lying element of a bed, such as a bed frame or a mattress base, on the first block, in particular when the first block is in the travel position. This is also advantageous with regard to efficient use of space. Because the reclining element extends at least partially over the kitchen module and is supported by it, the living needs of sleeping and cooking can be realized with a reduced floor space requirement of the living room.

In some configurations, the adjusting device is set up to lower the first block to a sleeping position. Sleeping position means a vertical position of the first block, in which the reclining element, ie an essentially flat surface element, can be placed on the second block without colliding with the first block. For example, in the sleeping position, the first block is lowered to a height such that it does not protrude (in the vertical direction upwards) over the second block, in particular at least not in the region of that section of the second block with which the first block in the stacked arrangement and/or overlapped in the travel position. In some configurations, the sleeping position corresponds to a height above ground level of a top of the second block. The sleeping position thus allows the lying element and the kitchen module to overlap (viewed in vertical projection) and a comfortable bed entry height is provided. This also allows more generous free space to be provided between the lying element and a ceiling of the living room.

For the sleeping position, the adjusting device is set up, for example, to lower the first block to such an extent that an upper side of the first block is arranged at or below a height of an upper side of the second block.

In some configurations, the sleeping position can be adjusted by the adjusting device being set up to cancel the stacked arrangement of the first and second blocks and then to lower (partially or completely) the first block next to the second block. For example, the second block can first be moved horizontally under the first block to provide clearance for the first block to be lowered, or the first block can first be moved horizontally out of the stacked array and lowered out of the stacked array adjacent the second block.

In some configurations, a table position can be adjusted by moving the first block vertically. Table position means a vertical position, i.e. a height of the worktop above floor level, at which work can be carried out on or at the worktop in an ergonomic, seated posture. For example, a table position (a height of the worktop above ground level) is 50 cm, 55 cm, 60 cm, 65 cm, 70 cm, 75 cm or 80 cm. In some configurations, the kitchen module is equipped for a variable table position, for example in that the adjustment device is set up to adjust the worktop to two or more than two table positions. For example, a minimum table position is 50 cm, 55 cm, 60 cm or 65 cm. For example, a maximum table position is 65 cm, 70 cm, 75 cm or 80 cm.

In some configurations, the adjustment device for a stroke, i.e. for a maximum vertical adjustment path, of the first block of at least 5 cm, 10 cm, 15 cm, 20 cm, 25 cm or 30 cm, 35 cm, 40 cm, 45 cm, 50 cm, 55 cm, or 60 cm furnished.

In some configurations, the first block and the second block can be moved horizontally relative to one another, for example transversely to a longitudinal direction of the kitchen module. This increases the adaptability of the kitchen module. The terms "move horizontally" or "horizontal movement" are to be understood as equally encompassing the respective back and forth movement, ie both horizontal movements directed in opposite directions. A “horizontal movement” of a block of the kitchen module is preferably to be understood as in a direction transverse to a longitudinal direction of the kitchen module, ie perpendicular to a front side of the kitchen module. For the relative movement between the first and second block, the adjustment device is set up, for example, to move the first block and/or the second block horizontally. For example, the adjusting device is equipped with a rail system, a telescopic extension, heavy-duty rollers and/or ball bearings, with which the first block and/or the second block can be moved horizontally.

In some of these configurations, the first block is horizontally movable and the second block is fixed, ie not movable relative to a mounting position of the kitchen module. In some other of these configurations, the second block is horizontally movable, but the first block is horizontally immovable, i.e. fixed relative to a mounting position of the kitchen module, although it is vertically movable.

Because the first block and/or the second block is/are designed to be horizontally movable, in some configurations the first block and the second block can be brought into a horizontally offset arrangement in which a front side of the first block faces a front side of the second block pops out. This allows for an ergonomic working position, as the front of the second block (which is lower) is set back (comparable to a skirting board in a conventional kitchen). A person can therefore approach the worktop with an upright posture.

In some configurations, the first block can be moved horizontally so that it can be pulled out and pushed back in relative to the rest of the kitchen module. The terms “pull out” and “push in” are to be understood in the context of the horizontal movement of a respective block in such a way that the block is moved horizontally when “pull out” in such a way that (seen in a vertical projection) the kitchen module takes up an increasingly large proportion of the floor space of the living room covered. Accordingly, "sliding in" means that (seen in a vertical projection) the kitchen module covers an increasingly smaller proportion of the floor space of the living space when the block is pushed in. The situation in which a respective block is at the maximum possible end point of the respective associated extracting or retracting movement is referred to as the “extended state” or “inserted state”.

In some configurations, the first block can be pulled out of a front side of the kitchen module, so that it provides a table that is positioned in front of the rest of the kitchen module and protrudes from it. For example, the first block is extendable a horizontal distance of at least 50%, 75%, or 90% of its depth. For example, the first block can be completely pulled out of the kitchen module and, for example, projects completely beyond a front side of the second block or the kitchen module. For this purpose, in some configurations, the adjusting device is set up to move the first block horizontally completely beyond the second block, i.e. to pull it out completely from the kitchen module, so that the first block (viewed in vertical projection) does not overlap with the second block, in particular without overlapping with the rest Kitchen module can be arranged.

In some configurations, the second block slides out of the kitchen module to provide seating on the second block.

In some configurations in which the adjustment device is set up to move the first block horizontally and vertically, the adjustment device is set up for a predefined movement path of the first block, which comprises exactly one horizontal movement and exactly one or exactly two vertical movements. A movement path can be traversed by the adjustment device in both directions. In general, “movement”, whether horizontal or vertical, should be understood to refer to a corresponding reciprocating movement, unless expressly stated otherwise.

In some of these configurations, the path of travel is in the shape of a letter "L" rotated 90° clockwise. The adjusting device is set up for exactly one vertical and exactly one horizontal movement of the first block, the vertical movement being blocked outside of one of the two end positions of the horizontal movement and the horizontal movement being blocked outside of a maximum vertical position of the vertical movement. With appropriate dimensioning of the adjustment paths of the adjustment For example, as previously explained, this device allows the first block to be moved out of a stacked arrangement and lowered next to the second block, such as to the sleeping position.

In some other of these configurations, the path of travel is in the shape of a letter "L" rotated 90° counterclockwise. The adjusting device is set up for exactly one vertical and exactly one horizontal movement of the first block, the vertical movement being blocked outside of one of the two end positions of the horizontal movement and the horizontal movement being blocked outside of a minimum vertical position of the vertical movement. With appropriate dimensioning of the adjustment paths of the adjustment device, this makes it possible, for example, to either raise the worktop to a working position or to lower it to a table position and, in the latter case, to pull out the first block in order to use it as a table.

In some other of these configurations, the path of travel is in the form of a sequence of a letter "L" rotated 90° clockwise and 90° counterclockwise. This path of motion can be thought of as being composed of the two previously described. The adjusting device is thus set up for exactly two separate vertical movements and exactly one (intermediate) horizontal movement of the first block. The movement path thus enables a vertically downward movement starting from a first end position of the horizontal movement and a vertically upward movement starting from the opposite end position of the horizontal movement. With appropriate dimensioning of the adjustment paths of the adjustment device, this makes it possible, for example, to lower the first block to a certain extent next to the second block, for example to the sleeping position, or to raise it from there to a table position, to slide the first block into or out of the table position with the horizontal movement, and, when pushed in, to raise the first block to one or more working positions. In other words, these configurations allow the first block to first be lifted along a predetermined path, then pushed in horizontally and then further raised vertically, or, in the reverse direction, the first block first lowered vertically, then pulled out and then further lowered.

In some configurations, the adjustment device is set up for stepwise vertical adjustment of the first block. In some other configurations, they provide stepless vertical adjustment of the first block.

In some configurations, the adjustment device is set up for stepwise horizontal adjustment of the first block; in some other configurations for a stepless horizontal adjustment of the first block.

In some configurations, the adjusting device is constructed purely mechanically, ie without electrical or electronic components. Operation is thus possible independently of the availability of electricity. For example, the adjusting device for the vertical movement of the first block is equipped with a gas pressure spring, a rotary spindle with a crank drive, or a manually operated pneumatic or hydraulic actuator.

In some other configurations, the adjustment device is equipped with an electric or electrically powered pneumatic or hydraulic actuator to move the first block vertically. For example, the adjusting device is equipped with an electric linear motor for moving the first block vertically.

For example, the adjustment device for the horizontal movement of the first block and/or the second block is equipped with a rail system or a telescopic extension.

In some configurations, the adjustment device is equipped with one or more releasable fixing devices, with which the first block and/or the second block are secured against an (undesirable) vertical and/or horizontal movement. In order to save weight and at the same time ensure transport safety, in some configurations precisely one fixing device is provided which fixes the first block, in particular in the travel position, relative to the rest of the kitchen module. This means that the first block cannot unintentionally become independent during the transport of the living space, for example.

In some configurations, different positions of the first block, for example exactly one or more optional working positions, the travel position, exactly one or more optional table positions, the sleeping position, a rinsing position and/or a cooking position, are mechanically permanently specified by the adjustment device or electronically programmable. Here, for example, exactly two, exactly three, exactly four or more than four positions are provided for the first block, hereinafter referred to as standard positions, each of which is vertical or in at least one of vertically or horizontally spaced. The first block can be moved back and forth between the standard positions with the adjustment device. In some configurations, a standard position is realized, for example, by a mechanical measure, such as an end stop, a latching device (which can be released with a certain amount of force) and/or a fixing device. In some configurations, a standard position is a position stored in an electronic control, which can be programmed, for example, by a manufacturer of the kitchen module but not by a user of the kitchen module.

Accordingly, in some configurations, the kitchen module is equipped with an electronic controller, the controller having an operating element which, when actuated, moves the first block vertically. For example, the first block can be continuously raised or lowered and/or moved to the next of several standard positions by continuously actuating a respective operating element. In some configurations, some standard positions, such as the travel position or the sleeping position, are permanently stored and/or some other standard positions, such as one or more working positions, can be freely selected by a user of the kitchen module.

In some other configurations, the kitchen module is equipped with two structurally separate adjusting devices, a first adjusting device being set up to move the first block vertically relative to the second block and a second adjusting device being set up to move the first block or the second block horizontally move. The foregoing and following description applies in a corresponding manner to the first adjustment device as far as vertical movement of a block is concerned, and to the second adjustment device as far as horizontal movement of the block is concerned. In some other configurations, the adjustment device is set up for vertical and horizontal movement, so that the kitchen module can be manufactured with fewer parts.

Because the kitchen module is constructed in blocks and a block represents a respective partial body, in some configurations a height, in some of these configurations also a width and/or a length, of the kitchen module can be varied without the storage space volume of the kitchen module being impaired. In other words, if the kitchen module has two or, for example, more blocks or, in some configurations, is composed of two or more blocks that can be partially or entirely moved relative to one another, it can be achieved that the kitchen module can be moved vertically, in some configurations can also be enlarged or reduced in the horizontal direction (at least in sections). Storage spaces provided by the kitchen module, more precisely by its blocks, do not have to be cleared for this purpose. The kitchen module is therefore particularly advantageous if a (confined) living space is provided for different living needs, such as cooking and/or sleeping.

In some configurations, a block, in particular the first block and/or the second block, is equipped with side walls, floor, ceiling and/or rear wall. A block can have one and/or more openings there, for example to allow access to a storage space provided by the block or to accommodate installation elements such as sockets, controls, valves, fittings, cable bushings or kitchen appliances. In some configurations, an opening of the block can be closed, for example, by a door of the block, such as a pivoting, sliding, blind or drawer door. A storage space of a block can be subdivided, for example, by one or more partitions and/or one or more shelves. For example, the storage space is set up as a shelf or shelf compartment, as a cupboard or cupboard compartment and/or as a drawer compartment or drawer arrangement.

As previously mentioned, the second block can be equipped with a fastening device. In some such configurations, the fastening device of the second block comprises a linear guide, for example a telescopic slide or a guide rail, in order to move the second block or, in some configurations, the entire kitchen module in the living space. For example, the linear guide is oriented to move the kitchen module transversely to its longitudinal direction. In some of these configurations, the fastening device of the second block is part of the adjusting device. This allows, for example, a more reliable safeguarding of the first and second blocks against unintentional loosening of the blocks in the event of acceleration forces, for example when the mobile living space is being transported, or when the latter is arranged in a vehicle. In some other configurations, the adjustment device is separate from the attachment device of the second block. As a result, the kitchen module can be easily adapted for different vehicles or living spaces, especially if mounting points for furniture are already provided there. In some embodiments, the attachment device corresponds to the displacement device, which is described below.

In some configurations, the mobile living space is equipped with a floor, with the kitchen module being mounted on the floor, for example with the fastening device of the second block. In some of these configurations, the living space includes at least one living space wall. In some of these configurations, the living space includes a living space ceiling. In some of these configurations, the living space is a living space that is delimited on all sides, ie equipped with a floor, ceiling and peripheral outer walls, these being optionally equipped with windows and/or doors or with recesses which, in the installed state, cover windows and/or or doors of a vehicle. A vehicle can thus be easily equipped with the mobile living space by mounting the mobile living space as an entity in the vehicle. In some other configurations, the floor, walls and/or ceiling of the living space are provided by the vehicle in which the mobile living space is arranged, ie a vehicle floor, vehicle walls and/or a vehicle ceiling. For example, the living space according to the invention can be produced by installing a kitchen module according to the invention in a vehicle or a container.

In some configurations, the mobile living space is equipped with a sleeping module. In some configurations, the functionality of the sleeping module described below is integrated in the kitchen module. This allows the living space to serve the living needs of sleeping and cooking. In some configurations, the living space is equipped with a kitchen module with the functionality of the sleeping module and also with a sleeping module, so that the living space provides two beds.

In some configurations, the sleeping module and/or the kitchen module has a lying element which provides a lying surface for sleeping. In configurations in which the kitchen module is equipped with a bed element, the kitchen module represents a kitchen-sleeping module, for example.

In some configurations, the sleeping module and/or the kitchen module has a pivot device in order to move the lying element back and forth between a vertical arrangement and a horizontal arrangement, i.e. to pivot about a pivot axis from one arrangement to the other. In some configurations, the pivoting device is set up for a rotational movement. In some other configurations, the pivoting device is set up for a rotating/pivoting movement. In some configurations, the pivot axis can be realized as a rotation axis. If the sleeping module and/or kitchen module is not required for sleeping, the lying element can be swiveled into the vertical position. The sleeping module and/or kitchen module is thus set up to reduce the floor space requirement of the living space (when not in use), preferably by a factor of at least 2, 5, 8 or 10 compared to a horizontal arrangement of the lying element.

The sleeping module and/or kitchen module is equipped with a displacement device, for example, in order to displace the sleeping module and/or kitchen module transversely to a pivoting axis of the pivoting device. The sleeping module and/or kitchen module can be moved in the direction of a side wall of the living room by means of the sliding device, for example when the lying element is in the vertical arrangement. This frees up a coherent floor space in the living room, which can therefore be used for other living needs than sleeping. The sleeping module and/or kitchen module can also be pushed away from the wall of the living space into the living space with the displacement device, so that the distance between the pivot axis and the wall is increased. This creates a free space between the sleeping module and/or kitchen module and the wall of the living room in order to pivot the lying element into its horizontal position.

In some configurations, the displacement device is provided for a linear displacement. Because the displacement device limits the displacement of the sleeping module to a linear movement, unintentional collisions with other furniture permanently installed in the living space can be reliably prevented. In addition, by only allowing a linear displacement, the displacement device prevents the sleeping module from becoming independent in a direction transverse thereto, for example when going to bed or getting up or when accelerating or braking a vehicle with a living space with such a sleeping module. In some configurations, in addition to the linear displacement, the displacement device is set up as a first movement for at least one additional movement preceding or following the first, for example a rotation, a movement along a curved path and/or a further linear movement. In this way, the various advantages of the linear displacement mentioned can be combined with advantages of other (fixed) movements, as a result of which, for example, the sleeping module and/or kitchen module can be brought into a more compact arrangement with other furniture in the living room.

In some configurations, the displacement device is attached to the floor of the mobile living space. This allows the sleeping module and/or kitchen module to be secured in the sense of load securing. For example, the displacement device is set up to slide the sleeping module and/or kitchen module transversely to a direction of travel of a vehicle with the living space. This prevents the sleeping module and/or kitchen module from moving independently in the direction of travel, for example due to acceleration forces when the vehicle brakes. For example, the displacement device includes one or more rails, heavy-duty rollers, ball bearings or telescopic extensions or a combination of two or more of these. In some configurations, the displacement device is equipped with heavy-duty rollers and telescopic extensions, so that the sleeping module and/or kitchen module can be displaced by manually gripping one end. For example, more than 50%, 70% or 90% of the dead weight of the sleeping module and/or kitchen module is carried by the heavy-duty castors, so that the telescopic rails can be prevented from tilting, for example.

In some configurations, the pivoting axis of the pivoting device is arranged parallel to an edge of the lying element and at a distance from the edge. As a result, the reclining element is divided into two imaginary sections by the pivot axis. During the pivoting movement from the vertical arrangement to the horizontal arrangement of the lying element, a section of the lying element is lowered on one side of the pivot axis, while the opposite section of the lying element is raised on the opposite side. This means that (during the production of the sleeping module and/or kitchen module) a height of the lying surface in the horizontal arrangement of the lying element and a height of the lying surface in the vertical arrangement of the lying element can be realized (largely) independently of one another by a vertical position of the pivot axis above the Floor level and the distance between the pivot axis and the edge of the lying element can be selected to suit.

In some configurations, the pivot axis is arranged in the center of the reclining element, so that the two imaginary sections of the reclining element that extend on both sides of the pivot axis have identical widths. In some configurations, the pivot axis is arranged eccentrically at a maximum of a sixth, a quarter or a third of the width of the lying element, so that the two imaginary sections have a width ratio of at most 1:2, 1:3 or 1:5.

In some configurations, the pivot axis is arranged substantially at the level of a top surface of the first block (in the stacked arrangement), so that the lying element extends across the first block in a horizontal arrangement. In some other configurations, the pivot axis is arranged at the level of an upper side of the second block, resulting in a low entry height for the bed. In these configurations, the first block can be lowered next to the second block, so that the lying element does not collide with the first block when it is pivoted to the horizontal.

The lying element is equipped with a mattress, for example, which provides a comfortable lying surface for the residents of the living room. For example, the lying element is equipped with a mattress base for the mattress on which the mattress rests and is supported by it. The mattress base can include a support plate or a slatted base for placing the mattress on. In some configurations, the support plate is equipped with a large number of spring elements, for example plate-shaped, which support the mattress, essentially distributed over its entire surface, in order to increase sleeping comfort. In some configurations, the lying element is equipped with a bed frame which laterally encloses the mattress and the mattress base and, for example, prevents the mattress from slipping or falling off when the lying element is arranged vertically.

In some configurations, the lying element is equipped with a one-piece mattress. For example, the one-piece mattress provides the entire lying surface of the lying element. This improves sleeping comfort.

In some configurations, the mattress is foldable, such as by partially cutting or notching the mattress, particularly on its underside. For example, the mattress can be folded along one or along opposite longitudinal side(s) of the lying element. In the horizontal arrangement of the lying element, the mattress can thus be extended beyond the lying element, in particular the mattress base, by unfolding. In some configurations, by unfolding the mattress, a lying surface is enlarged in the direction of a side wall of the living space or extends as far as the side wall. Here, a foldable section of the mattress spans an area between the mattress base and the side wall. For example, the mattress can be folded up so that it is partially double-layered when the lying element is pivoted to the vertical.

In some configurations, the lying element is equipped with exactly one mattress base. For example, the mattress base extends over the entire lying surface provided by the lying element. This makes it possible to achieve a high level of living and sleeping comfort, since several individual parts cannot move relative to one another, as can happen, for example, with the above-mentioned combination of seating group and lowered table with upholstery. Also, individual parts of the mattress base cannot fall down or get lost when the lying element is arranged vertically. Because when camping, it regularly happens that loose furniture in the living area is temporarily stored outside of the vehicle with the living area with the intention of creating more space in the short term, but is left there when you leave. In some of these configurations, the mattress base is designed to be foldable, for example in that the mattress base comprises two segments which are flexibly but not readily detachably connected to one another, for example by a hinge.

In some configurations, the mattress base is designed to be essentially rigid in one piece. Rigid in one piece means that the mattress base, viewed as one piece, has an essentially rigid, flat shape over its entire extent, ie it is not suitable in particular for folding, folding or rolling up. As a result, the bed element retains its essentially planar shape when moving back and forth between the horizontal arrangement and the vertical arrangement, specifically over the full length and width of the bed element. The property “rigid in one piece” is to be understood as referring to the mattress base in its entirety and does not preclude the mattress base from being equipped with spring elements or a slatted base in some of these configurations. Due to the one-piece, rigid design of the lying element, the sleeping module and/or kitchen module can be erected for sleeping with just one movement by pivoting the lying element into the horizontal arrangement. In addition, a permanently high level of sleeping comfort is achieved. Because these configurations differ, for example, from a sofa bed, in which a sleeping surface can be changed between a flat arrangement for sleeping and an L-shaped arrangement for sitting, which leads to structural changes in the bending area of the mattress, at least in the longer term, which reduces sleeping comfort.

In some configurations, the mattress base has a width of at least 80 cm, 1 m, 1.2 m, 1.3 m, 1.4 m, 1.5 m, 1.6 m, 1.7 m, or 1.8 m m, where the width is to be understood in a direction transverse to the pivot axis.

In some configurations, the pivoting axis of the pivoting device is aligned transversely to the width of the living space, ie in the longitudinal direction of the living space. In some configurations, the pivoting axis of the pivoting device is arranged parallel to the direction of travel of the vehicle. This reduces the risk of unwanted pivoting, for example when the vehicle brakes hard. In addition, the possibility of loading through the vehicle remains almost unimpaired when the reclining element is arranged vertically.

In some configurations, the lying element is dimensioned for two people. In some configurations, the lying element provides a lying surface with a width of at least 80 cm, 1 m, 1.20 m, 1.30 m, 1.40 m, 1.50 m, 1.60 m, 1.70 m, or 1.80 m, and/or with a length of 2 m or 2.10 m or 2.20 m. In some configurations, the lying element has a width of at least 50%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 90% or 95% of a clear width of the living room. For example, the sleeping module and/or kitchen module is for a living room with a width (clear width) of less than 1.70 m, 1.80 m, 1.90 m, 2.00 m, 2.10 m, 2.20 m or 2.30 m suitable.

In some configurations, the sleeping module and/or kitchen module is equipped with a seat which, in the horizontal arrangement of the lying element, is covered by the latter and in which the vertical arrangement of the lying element is accessible for sitting. The seat is not part of the lying surface. For example, the seat is formed on an upper side of a block of the sleeping module and/or kitchen module, with the block also providing storage space. For example, the seat and/or the block extends along the entire length of the lying element along the pivot axis.

In some configurations, the lying surface is arranged in a vertical arrangement of the lying element on a side of the lying element facing away from the seat, so that the lying surface is protected from damage or soiling (when other living needs than sleeping are pursued). In some configurations, the lying element is equipped with a backrest for the seat, with the backrest and the mattress of the lying element being arranged on opposite sides of the mattress base.

In some configurations, the kitchen module and the sleeping module are arranged parallel to one another in the living room, ie a long side of the kitchen module extends parallel to the pivot axis of the sleeping module. In some of these configurations, the sleeping module and the kitchen module arranged adjacent in the living room. For example, the kitchen module and the sleeping module are arranged in the living room in such a way that when the lying element is arranged vertically, the lying surface faces away from the kitchen module. In some configurations, the sleeping module and the kitchen module are arranged in the living room in such a way that the lying element overlaps (partially or completely) in its horizontal arrangement (seen in a vertical projection) with the kitchen module. For example, the lying element is supported on the kitchen module, for example on the second block and/or on the first block. Efficient utilization of the floor space of the living space is achieved by the sleeping module extending over the kitchen module, in particular the worktop (for example partially or completely). In this way, the largest possible lying surface and/or small dimensions of a living space that serves the living needs of sleeping and cooking can be achieved.

In some configurations, the pivot axis of the sleeping module is arranged at a vertical level that corresponds to a height of the second block of the kitchen module. This allows a comfortable bed entry height to be achieved.

For example, the reclining element can be supported on the second block when it is pivoted horizontally about the pivot axis. For example, the first block is moved out of the stacked arrangement and lowered next to the second block.

In some configurations, the pivot axis of the sleeping module is arranged at a vertical level that corresponds to a vertical level of the worktop of the first block in the sleeping position. Here, the lying element extends in the horizontal arrangement with a small (vertical) distance (partially or completely) over the first block. This allows the height to get into the bed to be correspondingly low or a free space between the lying surface and a ceiling of the living room to be as large as possible, which increases living comfort.

In some configurations, the sleeping module and/or kitchen module therefore allows a pleasantly large, in particular one-piece bed surface and/or a compact living space to be implemented that meets the living needs of sleeping, cooking and eating at a table and still has a relatively large floor space for other living needs releases when the lying element is brought into the vertical arrangement.

This is made possible by the interaction of the pivoting device and the sliding device of the sleeping module and/or kitchen module. For example, the living room has a maximum ceiling height of 130 cm, 140 cm, 150 cm, 160 cm or 180 cm. In some configurations, the width of the reclining element (transverse to the pivot axis) is at least 50%, 60%, 70% or 80% of the room height of the living space.

In some configurations, the mobile living space is designed to provide living space and sleeping space for at least one person, preferably two people, or more than two people. The living space can be arranged, for example, in a vehicle or on a vehicle. The mobile living space is equipped for installation in a vehicle, for example, or represents a living space in a vehicle. The kitchen module and/or the sleeping module are set up for installation in the living space. The kitchen module 2 is designed for a mobile living space 1 (in 1 not shown) provided. The kitchen module 2 has a first block 3 and a second block 4 and also an adjustment device 7 to move the first block 3 relative to the second block 4 vertically. As a result, the first block 3 is adjustable in height, as indicated by a double arrow in FIG 1 a) is marked. The first block 3 is equipped with a storage space 5 . The adjusting device is implemented, for example, in the form of two electric linear motors, which are attached to opposite side walls of the first block 3 along a longitudinal direction of the first block 3 and which are also attached to the second block 4 .

The example of 1 shows a kitchen module 2 in which the first block 3 and the second block 4 have essentially identical base areas, ie they match in terms of their length and width. The first block 3 can then be lowered with the adjustment device 7, because of the previous horizontal displacement of the second block 4, sufficient space has been created for this.

5 shows schematically an example of a kitchen module 2, in which the first block 3 is equipped with a sink 9, a cooker 10 with controls 11 and a cutlery drawer 12. The sink 9, the cooker 10 and the cutlery drawer 12 are arranged in the storage space 5 of the first block 3 and are therefore adjustable in height together with the first block 3, as is the worktop 8. For the sink 9 and the stove 10, the worktop 8 of the first block 3 is provided with respective recesses into which the sink 9 and the stove 10 are embedded. The storage space 6 of the second block 4 is divided into three sections by partition walls (not shown), in which a fresh water tank 13, a waste water tank 14 and a fuel gas tank 15 are accommodated. The fresh water tank 13 and the waste water tank 14 are connected to the sink 9 via flexible hose connections. The flexible hose connections allow the first block 3 to be moved vertically or horizontally with respect to the second block 4 with the adjusting device 7 without the functionality of the sink 9 being impaired as a result. The same applies to the stove 10, which is connected to the fuel gas container 15 by a flexible gas line.

6 a) shows schematically a sleeping module 20 which is equipped with a lying element 21 and a pivoting device 24 . The lying element 21 has a mattress base 23 on which a mattress 22 is arranged. the 6 a) shows the sleeping module 20 in a state in which the lying element 21 is pivoted into the vertical, so that a seat 25 on an upper side of a block 26 of the sleeping module 20 is accessible. For comfortable sitting, the sleeping module 20 is equipped with a backrest 28 which is attached to the mattress base 23 opposite the mattress 22 . A storage space 27 is provided in the block 26 below the seat surface 25 .

At the in the 6 a) In the sleeping module 20 shown, the swiveling device 24 is essentially designed as a swiveling axis 24 running in the longitudinal direction of the sleeping module 20 . In this way, the reclining element 21 can be optionally pivoted horizontally about the pivot axis 24, to use the sleeping module 20 as a bed, or vertically, to use the sleeping module 20 for sitting or to free up a floor area of the living space 1 for living needs other than sleeping.

In the case of the sleeping module 20, the vertical level of the pivot axis 24 determines the bed entry height. In this example, the pivot axis 24 is arranged at the level of the seat 25 . The lying element 21 thus lies in a horizontal arrangement on the seat surface 25 and thus offers a low entry height into the bed provided.

In other examples, the pivot axis 24 is arranged in the area of the backrest 28, for example 10 cm, 15 cm, 20 cm or 25 cm above the seat 25. For example, the block 26 is equipped with a holder for the pivot axis 24 for this purpose. By selecting a vertical position of the pivot axis 24 corresponding to the height of the seat surface 25 or higher, a suitable entry height for the bed can thus be realized during the manufacture of the sleeping module 20 .

The sleeping module 20 is also equipped with a displacement device 29 . As a result, the sleeping module 20 can be displaced transversely to the pivot axis 24 . For example, it can be pushed away from a wall 31 of the living room or pushed towards it with the sliding device 29 . This allows the sleeping module 20 to be pushed aside, so to speak, when it is not needed, or to be pushed into a favorable position in which the lying element 21 can be pivoted without colliding with other furniture or the wall 31.

6 b) shows a kitchen module 2 that is equipped with the lying element 21 and the pivoting device 24 . The lying element 21 is equipped with the mattress base 23 on which the mattress 22 is arranged. the 6 b) shows the kitchen module 2 in a state in which the lying element 21 has been pivoted into the vertical, so that the work surface 8 on the upper side of the first block 3 is accessible.

In other examples, the pivot axis 24 is arranged at the level of an upper side of the second block 4 , the first block 3 being lowered next to the second block 4 by means of the adjusting device 7 in order to pivot the lying element 21 .

In some of these examples, the kitchen module 2 is also equipped with a displacement device 29 . As a result, the kitchen module 2 can be displaced transversely to the pivot axis 24 . For example, it can be pushed away from a wall 31 of the living room or pushed towards it with the sliding device 29 . This allows the kitchen module 2 to be pushed aside to a certain extent when it is not needed, or to be pushed into a favorable position in which the lying element 21 can be pivoted without colliding with other furniture or the wall 31 .

7d) shows schematically the living space 1 in a configuration for sleeping. In this case, the sleeping module 20 is pushed up against the kitchen module 2 as far as it will go. The first block 3 is further lowered from the table position in the extended state, except for a sleeping position where an upper surface of the first block 3 is level with or slightly lower than an upper surface of the second block 4 . Likewise, in the sleeping position, an underside of the first block 3 is essentially at the level of the seat surface 25 or higher, so that the first block is arranged at a distance from the seat surface 25 . The lying element 21 is pivoted to the horizontal and is supported on the second block 4 . The lying element 21 extends over the first block 3 without touching it. It is noteworthy that the lying element 21 essentially spans the entire width of the living space 1 . This is achieved through the interaction of the sleeping module 20 and the kitchen module 2, in particular in that the lying element can be pivoted about the pivot axis 25, the sleeping module 20 and thus also the pivot axis 24 can be moved towards the kitchen module 2 and the first block 3 next to the second block can be lowered into the sleeping position.

In this example, the mattress base 23 is also made in one piece and the mattress 22 is made in one piece. In the sleeping configuration, the sleeping module 20 thus provides a generous, homogeneous lying surface for two people, which essentially extends over the entire width of the living space.
