Warenausgabevorrichtungen für Zigarettenpackungen sind seit langem bekannt, wobei diese ohne unmittelbare Bezahlung die Warenpackungen ausgebenden Systeme vorzugsweise im Bereich von Kassenanlagen in Supermärkten oder dergleichen Verkaufsräumen so angeordnet sein können, dass für das Kassenpersonal eine Diebstahlkontrolle möglich bleibt. Derartige Warenausgabevorrichtungen sind beispielsweise in DE 44 35 283 C2 und DE 42 31 941 A1 offenbart. EP 0 311 603 B1 beschreibt eine Ausgabevorrichtung, wobei zur besseren Kontrolle das Bedienpersonal aus einem oberhalb eines Kassentisches befindlichen Sammelbehälter die entsprechenden Warenpackungen auswählt und diese dann unter Schwerkraftwirkung aus den oben liegenden Schächten durch einen Förderschacht zum Abverkauf bereitgestellt wird. Die DE 92 15 895 U1 offenbart eine als Zigarettenträger ausgebildete Warenausgabevorrichtung mit einer Wahltastatur, so dass die ausgewählte Zigarettensorte bzw. -packung aus einem Auswurfschacht in den Zugriffsbereich einer in der Kassenzone befindlichen Kassenperson befördert werden. Auch bei der Lösung gemäß EP 0 599 164 B1 wird eine vom Kunden ausgewählte Zigarettenschachtel in den Zugriffsbereich der die Kassenzone besetzenden Kassenperson verlagert, wobei diese dann über eine gesonderte Wertanzeige und eine Wahltastatur eine direkte Eingabe des Preises der ausgegebenen Zigarettenschachtel in die Kasse vornimmt und so die Kontrolle gewährleistet ist. Die Vorrichtung zur Ausgabe von Zigarettenschachteln gemäß DE 196 04 561 A1 zeigt einen sich unterhalb eines Kassenförderbandes erstreckenden Vorratsbehälter, aus dem die bevorrateten Warenpackungen auswählbar und mittels einer mehrere Förderteile aufweisenden Ausgabeeinheit ebenfalls auf das Kassenförderband verlagert werden und dann vom Kunden oder dem Kassenpersonal entnehmbar sind. Auch bei der Vorrichtung zur Ausgabe von Zigarettenschachteln gemäß DE 10 2006 024 887 A1 sind unter dem Kassenförderband Vorratsbehälter so angeordnet, dass aus diesem entnommene Warenpackungen auf ein unteres, horizontales Förderband gelangen, von diesen aus mittels einer Liftanlage bis oberhalb des Kassenförderbandes zugeführt und dann in einen Zugriffsbereich ausgeworfen werden können.
