The object of the invention is to create a concrete element as an independent soundproof wall and / or visual barrier with simultaneous use of the concrete element to help keep the air clean and protect the environment. When used in interior design, the concrete element is designed, in particular, in significantly smaller dimensions compared to the outdoor version. The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a greening system for the effective reduction of fine dust and nitrogen oxides in the air, in particular in the inner city area. The present concrete element thus comprises a vertical element covered with moss or an element designed from bottom to top in section with decreasing thickness, such as a vertical wall with a low center of gravity as a result of the foot design or the whole Body design that ensures uniform irrigation that is tailored to the moisture requirements of the moss.
It was determined that for an effective uptake of fine dust, the mosses should, if possible, not become dry at any point in their life cycle. But mosses are also sensitive to excess water. The moisture balance of the moss must therefore be finely regulated. The irrigation system used enables complete moistening of the entire surface of the moss area, so that the moss finds optimal conditions at all times.
According to the invention, the invention is achieved by a concrete element having the features of
The invention uses the shape of a stand-alone concrete element in the form of a wall. The concrete element tapers starting in the foot area in the direction of the upper edge of the concrete element. In a preferred variant, the concrete element has the following shape in section. The concrete element is designed as a vertical wall on one side. On the other hand, the concrete element has the shape of a parabola. However, other embodiments are also conceivable.
The concrete element advantageously consists of a textile-reinforced concrete structure or it has carbon fiber reinforcement. This allows the wall to be kept filigree.
A water pipe system is installed in the concrete element. It consists at least of the following components, a pump, which is advantageously located in a water reservoir, and pipes extending from the water reservoir or pipes leading to the water reservoir. A pipe leads to a drainage channel at the top of the concrete element. This pipe can advantageously branch out to several outlet points. Another pipe is installed between the water tank and a collecting channel at the lower edge of the concrete element. The pipe system also includes a fresh water supply and connecting elements to pipe systems of adjacent concrete elements. This pipe system can also be laid freely on the rear wall of the concrete element. In this case, the pipe system is protected by a cover.
The pipe system enables water to circulate from the drainage channel over the wall of the concrete element to the collecting channel. From there the water is sucked off by the pump and transported to the drainage channel. With a corresponding control, the most varied amounts of water can flow over the wall continuously or at intervals. The water cycle is designed so that one side of the concrete element can be completely wetted by the water. Mosses, lichens and other plants are found here. Larger plants can also be attached using brackets such as plug-in systems. Flower boxes can also be arranged in this way. These can be watered through special baffles. These are e.g. B. on the front wall ajar sheets, which are arranged between the front wall and plant, can be removed and re-used, and direct the water towards the plant.
The concrete element preferably has a photovoltaic system for generating electricity to operate the pump and control it. Further additional components or additions are conceivable, such as bracing and fastening elements for anchoring the concrete element, known sound-absorbing elements on the rear wall of the concrete element or a water storage unit. However, this is preferably external to the concrete element, with the aim of cost-effective production.
