Abstract
Vorkammerzündsystem für eine fremd gezündete Hubkolben-Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem Gehäuse aus einem Metall, in dem elektrisch isoliert eine Zündvorrichtung mit einer Mittelelektrode angeordnet ist, die in einen Hohlraum in dem Gehäuse ragt, wobei der Hohlraum mit einem Deckel gegenüber einem Brennraum der Hubkolben-Brennkraftmaschine abgedeckt ist, wobei der Deckel zumindest einen Durchbruch aufweist, der den Hohlraum und den Brennraum Gas führend miteinander verbindet, wobei der Deckel gegenüber dem Gehäuse elektrisch isoliert ist, wobei der Deckel elektrisch leitend ist.
Aufgrund der erfindungsgemäßen Ausgestaltung des Vorkammerzündsystems wird die Zündung eines Kraftstoff-/Luftgemisches bei niedriger Last und/oder Drehzahl der Brennkraftmaschine wesentlich verbessert.

- wobei das Rohrgehäuse eine Isolatorkörper-Halterung umgibt, die über eine Schweißnaht mit dem Gehäusekopf verschweißt ist und den Isolatorkörper mit einer Vorspannung gegen den Gehäusekopf presst.
