Description

Die Konsole soll die Energie aufnehmen und sie großflächig auf die Reserveradmulde verteilen, die notwendig ist, um die Rückwand und oder die Reserveradwanne rückformen zu können.
Die Haltekonsole dient als Aufnahme für z. B. ein Hydraulikstempel.
Bei einem PKW wo das Heck / Reserveradwanne bei einem Unfall eingedrückt bzw. aufgeschoben ist, dient die Haltekonsole als Druckpunkt um mithilfe z. B. eines Hydraulikstempels das Heckblech und oder Reserveradwanne Rückformen zu können (ausbeulen).
Der Vorteil der Haltekonsole ist es, man stellt sie in die Reserveradwanne und durch die runde Form wird der Druckpunkt, der auf die Haltekonsole wirkt, besser auf die Rundung der Reserveradwanne verteilt.
Die Haltekonsole ist in der Regel eine gewalzte Metallplatte, die zum Teil mit verschiedenen Aufnahmen, für den Hydraulikstempel ausgestattet sein kann.
Sie kann aber auch z. B. mit einer Spannschraube oder mehreren versehen sein, woran man die verschiedenen Größen bzw. Durchmesser, von Reserveradwannen einstellen / übertragen kann. Diese zusätzlichen Halterbefestigung / Einstellmöglichkeiten können, müssen aber nicht dringend erforderlich sein.
