Abstract
In dem besonders kurzen Schraubendreherhubmodul in Schraubeinheiten ist ein mit der Motorantriebswelle verbundenes und beiderseits gelagertes sich um die Schraubachse drehendes Zylinderrohr eingebaut. Das Zylinderrohr ist wiederum mit mindestens einer Durchgangslanglochführung versehen. Über diese ist der sich um die eigene Achse drehende Schraubendrehrerstab über mindestens einem Führungszahnritzel mit dem Innenring eines um das Zylinderrohr angebrachten Kugellagers verbunden. Der sich nicht drehende Außenring des Kugellagers ist in einem Gehäuse untergebracht. Aufgrund der Verbindung beziehungsweise der Verzahnung des Innenrings des Kugellagers mit dem Zylinderrohr und dem Schraubendreherstab drehen sich diese synchron miteinander. Über einen parallelen Antrieb kann das Gehäuse mit dem eingebauten Kugellager und damit auch der Schraubendreherstab über mindestens ein Führungszahnritzel in einer Durchgangslanglochführung geführt, linear vor und zurückgleiten. In einer Spezialausführung wird der Vortrieb des Schraubendreherstabes über einem im System integrierten tubularen Linearmotor vollzogen. Anstatt dem Kugellager und dessen Gehäuse ist ein Magnetläufer integriert, der sich auch drehend über die Kräfte der mit Strom beaufschlagten Phasenringe im Außenrohr des Moduls vor und zurückbewegen lässt.
