Loop drive for presses -
The invention relates to a Sehlei chgangantrieb for presses. -This creep speed is very advantageous when setting up the tools. You can check a workflow in slow motion: much better. and correct if necessary than at normal operating speed. - Particularly in the case of complicated presses with automation and / or transfer devices or step presses, such creep drives have proven to be very effective when setting the tools and the machine.
. AuC-enblick des Peessens das erforderliche Arbeitsvers
mögen zur Verfügung steht,-obwohl der Antriebsmotor
nicht der Spitzenbeanspruchung entsprechend-dimensiöniert
ist. Will man also den'Sehleichgang dadurch erreichen,
entsprechend kleiner.

daß das Sei--Wungrad keine ins Gewicht fallende Energie speichert und während .Bad gear drives are known in presses which have a three-phase or a direct current shunt motor with a more or less large control range as the drive motor. The slowest possible motor speed in practice is then used for setting up the tools of the press. This slow motor speed is in many cases not low enough for difficult setting processes. In many cases it is also desirable; not only to be able to adjust the empty tools at slow speed and, if necessary, to press a workpiece, as long as the work capacity of the face is sufficient for this at slow speed; but also to press a workpiece at creep speed. But now. the press drives are always designed to be weaker than the work required of the ram during the pressing process. While the press ram is idling, the flywheel of the press is accelerated by the drive and the energy is stored in it, at the moment of the bouncing process the speed increases somewhat (up to ', I0%). the
