Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von großformatigen thermoplastischen Platten , hergestellt aus mindestens zwei an Ihren Seitenflächen zusammengeführten und aneinander gedrückten Platten aus extrudiertem Polystyrol Schaumstoff Platten , XPS, gleicher Dichte unterschiedlicher Dichte , und unterschiedlicher Formate , durch auf und / oder in beiden Oberflächen der sich gegenüber liegenden Hauptflächen der thermoplastischen Platten , über die bündig zusammen gedrückten Kontaktnähte hinweg reichende, nicht dehnbare Gewebe oder nicht dehnbare Geflechte , starr und nicht beweglich fixiert sind.

Description

  • Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Großformatplatten aus extrudiertem Polystyrolschaumstoff. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von großformatigen thermoplastischen Platten, hergestellt aus mindestens zwei an Ihren Seitenflächen zusammengeführten und aneinander gedrückten Platten aus extrudiertem Polystyrol Schaumstoff Platten , XPS, gleicher Dichte unterschiedlicher Dichte , und unterschiedlicher Formate, durch auf und / oder in beiden Oberflächen der sich gegenüber liegenden Hauptflächen der thermoplastischen Platten , über die bündig zusammen gedrückten Kontaktnähte hinweg reichende, nicht dehnbare Gewebe oder nicht dehnbare Geflechte , starr und nicht beweglich fixiert sind.
  • Die Herstellung von extrudierten Polystyrolschaumstoffplatten ist aus technischen Gründen in der Herstellungsbreite der Extrusionsstränge begrenzt. Es werden im Markt Breiten von nur 60cm bis zu 80 cm angeboten.
  • Bei der Verwendung als Bauplatte ist diese Breite ausreichend.
  • Für andere Geschäftsfelder werden größere Platten , in deutlich größerer Ausführung verlangt. Zum Beispiel 240cm x120cm in verschiedene Dicken.
  • Insbesondere , wenn die extrudierte Platte im Möbelplattenbereich eingesetzt werden soll, oder als Trägerplatte für keramische Fliesen werden größere Maße in der Breite verlangt.
  • Es sind extrudierte Platten im Markt, die an den Stirnplatten mit Klebstoffe zusammengeklebt sind oder durch Zementkleberüberzug verbunden sind.
  • Es stellt sich die Aufgabe, eine (XPS) extrudierte Verbundplatte vorzuschlagen , die auf beiden Hauptflächen fixierte, nicht dehnbare Gewebebahn fixiert trägt und die mehrere Platten verbindet. Wobei die seitlichen Kontaktfläche der XPS Platten vor dem Überzug mit Gewebebahnen zusammen gepresst gehalten werden , bis der Fixierungsvorgang der beiden Gewebbahnen abgeschlossen ist.
  • Es ergibt sich so die Möglichkeit, großflächige Verbundplatten aus den in der Breite nur beschränkt in dem Extrusionsvorgang herstellbaren, Platten einfach herzustellen. Und zusätzlich die entstehende Verbundplatte durch die Gewebebahnen massiv zu versteifen.
  • Die Steifigkeit und Verbundfestigkeit der so hergestellten Verbundplatten entspricht mindestens einer original hergestellten XPS Strangqualität .Es ergeben sich so ganz neue Anwendungen für diese in der Breite nur beschränkt herstellbaren Extrusionsplatte aus Polystyrol Schaumstoff.
  • Insbesondere auch ohne den Einsatz von chemischen Klebstoffen.

Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zur starren Verbindung von mindestens zwei thermoplastischen Platten aus extrudiertem Polystyrolschaum (1) unterschiedlicher Dichte und /oder gleicher Dichte dadurch gekennzeichnet , das die Platten auf beiden, sich gegenüber liegenden Hauptflächen durch eine nicht dehnbare , auf diesen Hauptflächen starr fixierte , über die Kontaktflächen(3) hinweg reichende Gewebebahnen(2) verbunden sind Wobei die Fixierung der Gewebebahnen auf den Hauptflächen(6) erst dann erfolgt, wenn die zu überbrückenden Kontaktflächen(3) sich im festen aneinander gepressten, bündig und ausgerichtetem Zustand befinden und die Presskraft ,die die Kontaktflächen(3) zusammenpresst erst dann entfernt wird , wenn die Gewebebahn auf beiden Hauptflächen fest, nicht mehr verrückbar fixiert ist.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewebebahnen aus Glasfasergewebebahnen mit offenen Lochungen besteht.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewebebahnen aus Glasfaservlies besteht.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vorrichtung mindestens 2 extrudierte Platten in senkrechter (4) Position stehend zusammendrückt, wobei die über Presszylinder erreichte Zusammenführung in dem Presszustand beidseitig, über beide Hauptflächen(6) und die Kontaktflächen(3) hinweg Gewebebahnen , automatisch von einer Großrolle abgerollt, abdeckend überzogen bekommt und nach der mechanischen Abtrennung von den beiden Großrollen die Fixierung der Gewebebahnen durch einen Einschmelzungsvorgang mittels erwärmter Stempel, oder mittels Klebstoffen erfolgt.
  5. Verbundplatte , bestehend aus mindestens zwei einzelnen thermoplastischen , extrudierten Polystyrolschaumplatten(1) die nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehemden Ansprüchen hergestellt ist.
  6. Verbundplatte nach Anspruch 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich die Kontaktflächen(3) der einzelnen, extrudierten Polystyrolschaumplatten(1) mit einem Klebstoff haftend verbunden sind.
