Abstract

Beim oben genannten Stand der Technik definieren die drei Induktorköpfe eine starre Ebene, die bei einem unebenen Blech nur teilweise an diesem anliegen kann. Dank der erfindungsgemäßen verschieblichen Lagerung wird erreicht, dass alle Induktorköpfe möglichst gut und vollständig am zu richtenden Blech anliegen. - - jede Induktionsvorrichtung ist über mindestens ein elastisches Element federnd am Traggestell gelagert;
- - jede Induktionsvorrichtung ist über genau vier Schraubenfedern federnd am Traggestell gelagert;
- - jeder Induktorkopf ist ein vorzugsweise L-förmiger, frei vorstehender Finger;
- - jedem Induktorkopf ist eine Kühlschleife integriert, mit einem Zulauf zum Zuführen von kaltem Kühlfluid (z.B. Wasser) und einem Ablauf zum Abführen von erwärmtem Kühlfluid (z.B. Wasser);
- - jede Induktionsvorrichtung umfasst des Weiteren eine Induktionseinheit mit einer Induktionsspule zur Erzeugung des magnetischen Wechselfelds und einen Stromanschluss zur Versorgung der Induktionsspule der Induktionseinheit mit hochfrequentem Wechselstrom;
- - jede Induktionsvorrichtung ist über ihre Induktionseinheit am Traggestell verschieblich gelagert;
- - das Handwerkzeug umfasst ferner einen Rundhalter, in welchem das zentrale Traggestell mitsamt den Induktionsvorrichtungen aufgenommen ist und einen Laufwagen, an dem der Rundhalter mitsamt zentralem Traggestell und Induktionsvorrichtungen um die Hauptachse drehbar gelagert ist, wobei der Laufwagen vorzugsweise eine Öse zur Aufhängung des Laufwagens an einem Werkzeughalter aufweist;
- - der Rundhalter ist über eine kreisförmige Führung, die in mindestens eine Laufrolle des Laufwagens eingreift, an dem Laufwagen drehbar gelagert;
- - einen Schutzbügel zum Schutz der Induktorköpfe.
