Abstract

In Industrieanlagen, insbesondere in Raffinerien oder Chemieanlagen, werden oft mehrere hundert Kilometer an Rohrleitungen verlegt. Im Anlagenbau werden solche Rohrleitungen im Allgemeinen im Abstand von wenigen Metern gehaltert, das heißt mittels einer Halterung an Trägern oder an einer Wand oder am Boden befestigt. Die dabei verlegten Rohre haben unterschiedlichen Durchmesser und unterschiedliches Gewicht. Deshalb werden je nach den Abmessungen der Rohrleitung individuell angepasste Rohrhalterungen angefertigt. Dazu wird eine Platte, welche der Befestigung der Halterung an einem Träger oder an einer Wand dient, mit einem Trägerelement verschweißt, auf welchem das Rohr aufliegt. Beim Austausch der Rohre, beispielsweise gegen Rohre mit anderen Abmessungen, oder bei Korrosion an der Rohrhalterung werden die Rohrhalterungen abgebaut und oft als Alteisen entsorgt.In industrial plants, especially in refineries or chemical plants, often hundreds of kilometers of pipelines are laid.
