Abstract

The invention has for its object to provide a suitcase that avoids the above disadvantages by simple measures.

This object is achieved by a suitcase having the features specified in claim 1. Further advantageous developments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.

According to the invention, a suitcase is provided which has a case body and a cover body. The case body is deeper than the cover body. Thus, an asymmetrical arrangement forms on both sides. The cover body is provided with a receiving groove in which a pull handle is housed. The pull handle can be provided with a single bar or with a double bar. By accommodating the pull handle in the cover body, the problem of unevenness in the case body and the inconvenient insertion of garments caused thereby can be solved. Since the pull handle is housed in the cover body, garments can be properly inserted in the case body of the travel case, whereby the practical suitability of the travel case according to the invention is increased.
