Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a mounting system for a blind for mounting the blind on a mounting surface. Furthermore, the invention relates to a blind, at least comprising: a panel for receiving the slats of the slat curtain, and at least one guide rail for hanging and guiding the slats, and a method for mounting the blind hereby.

Venetian blinds, for example for darkening or shading a window, are known. For mounting the lateral mounting brackets, which are to hold the blind on the mounting surface, such as an outer wall, mounted first, and the two guide rails for the Lamellenbehang and a base rail for connection to the mounting brackets, usually lying on the floor, to the blind of the blind assembled. It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a blind including an improved mounting system and an improved method for mounting the blind.

This object is solved by the features of the independent claims. Advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of the subordinate claims.

The inventors have recognized that by means of a mounting bracket, which is mounted laterally on the guide rails, during assembly, the preassembled unit of cover and guide rails can be mounted effortlessly in the mounting rails on the mounting surface to pause or temporarily interrupt the assembly. After a short break, the assembly can be continued by snapping the guide rails into the mounting rails. This eliminates above all the costly insertion of the panel to the base rails already attached to the ground.

Accordingly, the inventors propose a mounting system for a blind for mounting the blind on a mounting base, comprising at least: at least one mounting bracket attached to one end of a guide rail of the blind and bendable at an angle from the guide rail, and at least one mounting rail attached to the mounting base and is beveled at its upper end, before. The mounting system according to the invention facilitates and simplifies the installation of a blind, as described below.

The mounting system according to the invention comprises at least one mounting bracket and at least one beveled at its upper end mounting rail. The mounting bracket is advantageously also retrofitted to existing blinds. The same applies to the diagonal cut of the mounting rails.

The upper end or the remaining mounting bracket can be bent away over its entire length from the guide rail, so that the mounting bracket to the guide rail forms an angle, which is preferably open at the top. The mounting bracket thus forms a kind of spring bolt. The mounting bracket preferably protrudes from the guide rail at an angle of less than 45 °, more preferably between 10 ° and 20 °. A particularly preferred embodiment provides that the mounting bracket protrudes at an angle of approximately 15 ° from the guide rail. As a result, sufficient leeway is ensured to simply hang the mounting bracket in the mounting rail.

Furthermore, it is advantageous that the mounting bracket has at least one nose at one end, which is hung during assembly to the mounting rail. In a preferred embodiment, two lugs are formed, each on one side of the mounting bracket. Both lugs are preferably directly, so without offset, formed opposite to the mounting bracket. The lugs are also preferably wider than the mounting rail and thus serve as a kind of hook to ensure safe hooking the mounting bracket to the guide rail.

Preferably, the mounting bracket is made of a bendable material, preferably made of aluminum or stainless steel; for example, as a lasered sheet. The preferred length of the mounting bracket is between 100 and 150 mm, the preferred thickness about 2 mm and the width between 10 and 20 mm. The total width of the noses is preferably between 15 and 20 mm.

The mounting rail according to the invention is preferably approximately U-shaped, wherein the U-legs are aligned away from the mounting surface. Accordingly, the mounting rail can be attached with a central region to the mounting base, for example, screwed. For a simple and accurate mounting of the mounting rails on the substrate, it is advantageous to carry out this one-piece.

Further advantageously, the U-legs of the mounting rail are spring-like design and verklipsen or lock in the assembly with the guide rail of the blind. It is also advantageous that the length of the at least one mounting rail is at least two thirds of the length of the guide rail of the blind. The guide rail latches over its entire length with the mounting rail.
