Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein längenverstellbares Pleuel für einen Kolbenmotor, mit einem der Kurbelwelle zugeordneten ersten Pleuelabschnitt und einem dem Motorkolben zugeordneten zweiten Pleuelabschnitt, wobei in einem Pleuelabschnitt ein Zylinder ausgebildet ist, während der andere Pleuelabschnitt mit einem Kolben versehen ist, der in dem Zylinder verschiebbar angeordnet ist und entsprechend seiner Stellung in dem Zylinder mindestens eine hydraulische Druckkammer begrenzt. Damit das Pleuel neben einer kurzen und einer langen Pleuellänge auch Zwischenstellungen einnehmen kann, sieht die Erfindung vor, dass die hydraulischen Druckkammern über je ein Ablaufventil verriegelbar sind, so dass der Kolben eine Mittelstellung einnehmen kann, in der er zwei hydraulische Druckkammern begrenzt.
