Description
The invention relates to a lifting device for watercraft, especially boats, yachts or the like.
Beschreibung der Problematik:Description of the problem:
Euro.
- 1. Very narrow berths, combined with pile or scrub damage caused by other boats, parking maneuvers are made by untrained skipper very difficult and often succeed only after several attempts
- 2. UV damage due to environmental influences of almost always exposed boats. Plastics and wood bleach after a few years, become cracked and brittle and are usually exchanged very costly every three to four years.
- 3. The damage caused by bird droppings are also very costly, often the boat paint swells up and has to be repaired consuming.
- 4. Prior to each use of the boat, boaters will be instructed to clean the boat completely with fresh water. This usually takes half a day and costs a lot of money.
- 5. The boats in the water are extremely affected by mussel, moss and limestone. This partly centimeter-thick layer brakes the boat by up to 30 km / h and increases fuel consumption by up to 40%. With consumption of up to 400 liters per hour a huge cost factor. To prevent this, the boat owner gets the boat once or twice a year out of the water and hang up. The mosses and algae are then removed by means of a steam jet, shells and coarse limestone layers removed mechanically. Then the entire underwater area is mechanically ground by hand and a new underwater paint (anti-fouling) applied. For small and medium boats, this process costs several thousand euros. During each grinding process, a thin layer of the fuselage is abraded, the boat loses its substance.
- 6. The drive screws, consisting of steel, stainless steel or bronze / brass alloys, decompose in salt water and become porous. Even after intensive cleaning, these have often lost up to 30% in efficiency. This automatically increases the fuel consumption by up to 30%.
- 7. Work on the drive or on the underwater part so far require the costly lifting of the boat by crane technology.
- 8. To protect the boats from UV radiation, salt spray, bird droppings or falling parts, many owners coat their boat with a tarpaulin. Since this rests directly on the boat there is no air circulation, it forms massive moisture under the tarpaulin, most boats start in the interior to mold or it swell the expensive furniture wood and are destroyed. This requires the annual multiple removal of the tarpaulin, aerating the boat and the elimination of mold and swelling damage.
- 9. The value of expensive boats is reduced by up to 90% in just 10 years due to the above mentioned influences. With purchase prices of up to several million euros, the impairment is also up to several million euros.
The invention has for its object to provide a lifting device for watercraft, by means of which the above-identified problems can be remedied on watercraft located in the water.
This object is achieved by a lifting device for watercraft, especially boats, yachts or the like, containing support members and thus operatively connected lifting elements, wherein the support elements to components of the respective watercraft located in the water positionable and the support elements together with the vessel via the lifting elements in a position above the water surface are feasible.
Advantageous developments of the subject invention can be found in the associated dependent claims.
With the invention, significant problems of all boat owners can be eliminated. This requires an easy to use by the boat owner lifting device which lifts the boat within a very short time from the harmful water and so stored without water contact. Preferably, it works so well, quickly and easily, that the owner can use it daily. By daily draining of the boat shell, lime and algae deposits can no longer arise. On the lifting device, a folding or sliding rack can be mounted with UV-resistant tarpaulin which is fixed at a defined distance from the boat. Thus, a constant passage of air is guaranteed, mold or moisture damage can not arise as well.
Through the platform, it is possible for maintenance personnel to work off-shore on the boat without having to get it out of the water by means of a crane.

Funktionsweise:Functionality:
The basic principle is a lowerable platform or a frame, which is provided with a load-carrying means. This platform is preferably lowered below the water surface to allow the boat to ascend. The lowering can be done by flooding a swimming tank, floats, fenders or other floats, which are pumped out again after the boot of the boat or blown out by compressed air. The flood process is triggered by means of hand-held transmitters to be operated from the boat (similar to an electric garage door operator) or by means of a key-operated switch or similar. The boat can be driven forwards and backwards unaided. The design benefits will not require an otherwise necessary second or third person to hold the fenders when entering.
On the right and left side of the buoyancy body are in the longitudinal direction pipe posts on which fenders are located. The fenders are adjustable in gauge and are set once on the boat to be lifted. The incoming boat is centered on its own. At the front there are also two fenders, against which the boat is driven by engine power. As soon as the bow or stern touches the fender, the boat has reached its correct lying position. The skipper now operates the remote control again and initiates the pumping process. By an integrated inclinometer, which provides an asymmetrical loading, e.g. by a full or empty tank, recognizes, sealed or separate floating chambers are controlled inside the support floats and preferably or not blown out. The boat is thus completely horizontal in the water. The boat is slowly lifted out of the water. The ascending platform lifts the overlying boat out of the water, remaining in that position and lying dry. The boat can lie on rubber hoses, last or equivalent solutions or hang in straps.
After the excavation process, the boat is cleaned by means of fresh water wetting salt water. This spraying process may e.g. be repeated automatically daily or weekly. For this, e.g. a boat comprehensive pipe hanger be driven back and forth by means of powered waterline pressure water engine or other suitable drive units back and forth, during which the boat is rinsed from nozzles located in the temple under pressure. Likewise, a fixed pipe which is equipped with nozzles, are used. This flushing operation can be done manually, or also e.g. controlled by the timer, as often as desired. To protect the boat from dirt, it can be housed in a sliding tarpaulin. Preferably, there is a distance between the boat and the sliding tarp, which allows air circulation through the sliding housing. Waterlogging and mildew are thus avoided, in contrast to the overlying tarpaulin.
The lifting system can also be connected without mechanical attachment only. It works completely self-sufficient. If there is no power supply, the lift can be equipped with accumulators, which are charged by solar panels during the day. Also, the blow-out can be operated directly by internal combustion engine or by means of emergency generator. This offers the advantage that it can be used everywhere. Likewise, she can be abducted with the boat on board. It can also be parked in the middle of the harbor using anchors or the usual concrete floor weights. Loaded with a boat, the lifting system can be installed by means of auxiliary motor or outboard motor self-propelled. Thus, e.g. a broken boat will be transported directly to the shipyard on the lift.
