One main reason is the increasing influence of environmental factors such as electrosmog, light stimuli, noise, etc. At the same time, it is becoming increasingly difficult and time-consuming to optimize sleeping rooms and sleeping places in existing houses, apartments, hotels, etc. in a sleep biological way.
