Description
The invention relates to a container for storing articles for a loading space of a motor vehicle according to
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide an alternative container and a corresponding system for storing objects for a cargo space of a motor vehicle, which in particular allow easy installation in the cargo compartment of the motor vehicle, have a simple structure and are easy to handle.
The invention in this case provides a container for storing objects for a loading space of a motor vehicle, which is designed with a bottom surface and a plurality of wall surfaces, wherein the container in the assembled state between two layers is hinged, namely: a folding layer in which the container can be arranged flat on a loading floor of the loading space, in particular in this integrable, and a use position in which the container is designed for receiving objects, and wherein the bottom surface is a foldable surface.
The idea of the invention is to provide a user with a simple and easy, in particular one-handed, manageable container which is very flat and firmly integrated in the motor vehicle and which can be quickly transferred between a folded position and a position of use. The container according to the invention is very flat in the folded position, in particular only double-layered. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the container has a bottom surface, in particular foldable only over a single fold line, which brings several advantages. In the folded state, the bottom surface is thus in particular double-layered. On the one hand, the foldable bottom surface makes it possible for the bottom surface in the folded state to be integrally integrated in the loading floor of the loading space, wherein in particular the container in the folded position has a uniform height throughout. This height corresponds to a thickness or height of a folded bottom surface and in particular at the same time a thickness or height of two superimposed wall surfaces. In this case, each of the two layers of the folded bottom surface and each of the wall surfaces can each also be referred to as sides of the container. In addition, it is made possible by the foldable bottom surface that only a portion of the bottom surface can be connected to the cargo floor, which allows easy mounting of the container in the vehicle with only a few means, for example, integrated only part of the bottom surface in the cargo floor, for example glued , must become. Furthermore, it is advantageous in the case of the foldable bottom surface that simple and ergonomic geometries of the container can thereby be realized. It is also particularly advantageous that due to the foldable bottom surface, all wall surfaces of the container need not be foldable in order to be able to fold the container at all. Consequently, the container can be simple in construction and easy to handle. The foldable bottom surface also makes it possible for the transfer of the container from the folded position into the position of use, in part, a pulling movement and, secondly, a rotational movement, in particular sequentially or at least partially sequentially, can be performed. This makes it possible that both movements can be performed by a simple gripping at only one point on the container, in particular without interruption. For this purpose, in one of the wall surfaces, a gripping means or pulling means, for example in the form of a hole or a flap or a pull tab may be provided. Thus, the handling of the container, in particular the transfer of the container from the folding position into the position of use can be made very simple, almost intuitive and with only one hand.
Furthermore, it may be provided within the scope of the invention that in the folded position of the container, the bottom surface may be a double-layered surface. Thus, it can be made possible that in the folded position of the container, the bottom surface can have the same height as all other wall surfaces which can lie one above the other in the folded position of the container. Thus, in the folded state, the container can be very flush integrated into the cargo floor, so that the load floor in the folded position of the container is a flat, uniformly thick surface suitable for placing objects thereon, for example large and heavy items. Furthermore, it is advantageous that the double-layered bottom surface makes it possible to easily transfer the container from the folded position into the position of use. For this purpose, the user can grab with the help of one hand on the container and the container with transfer a fluid movement without interruptions into the position of use. In this case, the user does not have to use both hands, change hands or grab at another point on the container. The movement for unfolding the container can thereby at least partially pass from a pulling movement into a rotational movement, wherein these movement sections can be effected successively or at least partly sequentially, and wherein these movement sections can be executed with only one hand. For this purpose, in one of the wall surfaces, a gripping means or pulling means may be provided, for example in the form of a hole or a flap or a pull tab, in which or in which the user intervene with one hand and, without letting go or change the hand movement Can unfold the container. Such handling of the container is not only simple, but also intuitive, it requires no introduction and can even be performed by an inexperienced user without difficulty.
In addition, it may be advantageous in the context of the invention that in the folded position of the container, the bottom surface may be a triangular surface. Thus, a simple geometry of the container can be realized. In particular, it may be advantageous that the container can be executed in the position of use as a cube. In addition, it is advantageous that a triangular area requires less means, such as glue, to be integrated in the loading floor, for example glued in place.
Furthermore, it may be provided in the context of the invention that the bottom surface of a lower layer which can be firmly connected to the loading floor of the cargo space, in particular by a cloth and / or form and / or adhesion, and an upper layer, the only in the position of use of the container can contact the cargo floor of the cargo space may have. In this case, it is advantageous that only a part of the floor surface, namely the lower layer, can be connected to the loading floor of the loading space in order to integrate the container in the loading floor. Thus, means for mounting the container in the motor vehicle, in particular in the hold, can be reduced and simplified. In this case, a cohesive connection is conceivable, for example by means of an adhesive, which is particularly simple and inexpensive. Additionally or alternatively, a non-positive and / or positive connection may be advantageous, which allows easy mounting and dismounting and replacement of the container. Here, for example, a locking and / or clamping and / or clip connection is conceivable. Furthermore, it is advantageous that the upper layer of the bottom surface can contact the loading floor of the loading space only in the position of use of the container. Thus, unfolding and erecting the container is not only made easy, but also stable. Moreover, it is conceivable that the container, in particular the bottom surface and / or the wall surfaces, can be made of the same material as the material of the loading floor. In addition, it is conceivable that the material of the container, in particular the wall surfaces, a layer for reinforcing the container and / or an insulating layer for heat insulation of male objects, in particular food, may have. In this case, the material may be designed as a composite material.
Aufklappen. Furthermore, it may be advantageous in the context of the invention that the bottom surface may have a fold line, which may be formed in particular by a hinge joint, in particular a film hinge, or a perforation. A hinge joint, for example in the form of a film hinge, is simple and inexpensive to manufacture and also enables a reliable folding or unfolding of the bottom surface during transfer of the container between the folded position and the position of use. A perforation as a fold line and / or a notch can also be very easy to manufacture and allow a reliable operation of the container when folding or unfolding.
In addition, it may be provided in the context of the invention that in the position of use of the container, the bottom surface may be a rectangular area, in particular a square. Thus, very simple geometries of the container can be realized. Moreover, it is advantageous that the container can be constructed in the form of a cube in the position of use, which is an advantageous form for stowing objects.
Furthermore, it is advantageous according to the invention that in the folded position of the container, the multiplicity of wall surfaces can have two double-layered wall surfaces. In other words, in the folded position of the container, the wall surfaces can lie one above the other in pairs. It can thereby be achieved that the container in the folded position can assume a flat, flush with the loading floor layer. Such double-layered wall surfaces advantageously have the same height or thickness as the double-layered bottom surface in the folded position of the container. Consequently, the cargo space can be used in the folded position of the container as well as if the container would not be there, the container can be transferred only when needed in the position of use.
For the purposes of the invention, it is conceivable that in each case two adjacent wall surfaces of the multiplicity of wall surfaces can be connected to one another by a hinge joint, in particular a film hinge, or a perforation. Such connection options are cheap and easy. she allow easy folding and easy handling of the container.
Furthermore, it is advantageous according to the invention that in each position of the container, each wall surface of the multiplicity of wall surfaces can be a rectangular surface, in particular a square. This can bring several benefits. On the one hand thereby the construction of the container can be facilitated. On the other hand, the wall surfaces and thus also the container in the position of use can thereby be made stable. It is also advantageous that objects can be accommodated in the container safely and without slipping due to the stable wall surfaces. Also, the stable wall surfaces can prevent the container from collapsing from the use position.
Furthermore, it can be provided in the context of the invention that a wall surface of the plurality of wall surfaces may have a receiving element, which can be connected in the position of use of the container with a complementary connecting element of the cargo space, in particular a side wall of the cargo space. It is advantageous that the container in the position of use can thereby be additionally stabilized. It is conceivable that the receiving element may be formed in the form of a hole in a wall surface of the container, in which a pin or hook on the side wall of the cargo space can engage to additionally secure the container in the position of use. At this point, any positive and / or non-positive connection is conceivable that can be carried out detachably and can thereby hold a wall surface of the container.
Furthermore, the object according to the invention is achieved by a system for storing articles for a loading compartment of a motor vehicle, with a container, in particular as described above, wherein the container is designed with a bottom surface and a plurality of wall surfaces, and wherein the container in the assembled state between two layers is hinged, namely: a folding position in which the container can be arranged flat on a loading floor of the loading space, in particular in this integrable, and a use position in which the container is designed for receiving objects, wherein in the folded position of the container the floor surface is a foldable surface and is provided with a cladding element, the cladding element forming or forming the loading floor of the loading space, and wherein the cladding element has a corresponding recess for the container in the folded position. Also in connection with the system according to the invention, the same advantages are achieved that have been described in connection with the method according to the invention. To avoid repetition, reference is made to this in full.
