Ein Gerüst ist nicht erforderlich, stattdessen wird solch ein aus den Stützstreben bestehender Innenrahmen lösbar an dem ohnehin vorhandenen Türrahmen bzw. der Zarge befestigt. Nach Installation einer Turnstange in die seitlichen Stützstreben können an der Stange dann Übungen z. B. in Form von Klimmzügen durchgeführt werden. Auch die Installation einer Schaukel ist denkbar einfach. Nachteilig ist an den bekannten Lösungen in erster Linie, dass deren Befestigung gegen die Belastung durch die während der Benutzung auftretenden Querkräfte nur unzureichend ist.
