• – Die oben beschriebene relativ große Höhe des Vogelhauses verglichen mit seiner Grundfläche, macht es ungeeignet für eine Positionierung in oder auf einem Behälter. Es würde infolge seiner großen Angriffsfläche bei Wind einfach umgeworfen oder gar weggeweht werden. Im Erdboden verankert, wie in der '100-Schrift ist dies allerdings nicht zu befürchten.
• – Das zwischen zwei Rollen angeordnete Samentransportband spricht für starke mechanische Beanspruchung, zum einen durch die mit einer Bremse versehenen Rollen und die Kurbel, zum anderen durch die pickenden Vögel. Einer derartigen Beanspruchung kann nur ein im Freiland fest verankertes Vogelhäuschen Stand halten, nicht jedoch ein auf einem Behälter aufliegender oder in ihm angeordneter Vogelkasten.
