Abstract

Mittels des derart ausgebildeten Werkzeugs kann ein Sandwichbauteil mit einer gegenüber dem Stand der Technik verbesserten Stabilität und Haptik gefertigt werden. Das Sandwichbauteil ist dabei ökonomisch mit einem Dekormaterial kaschierbar, ohne das bei der Fertigung des Sandwichbauteils, insbesondere an einer das Sandwichbauteil begrenzenden Kante, eine optische Qualität sowie eine Stabilität des Sandwichbauteils in den Randbereichen negativ beeinflusst wird. Die das Sandwichbauteil begrenzende Kante ist dabei vorzugsweise nicht oder zumindest nur eingeschränkt sichtbar. Die erhöhte Spannung im Dekormaterial ermöglicht eine knitterfreie Ausbildung des Dekormaterials und somit der sichtbaren Oberfläche des Sandwichbauteils. Dieser Effekt wird mittels des Vorläufers verbessert, wobei dieser derart einstellbar ist, dass die Wabenstruktur zerstört und daraus resultierend die Spannung im Dekormaterial weiter erhöht wird. - – Anordnen eines Dekormaterials zur Ausbildung der ersten Oberfläche, wobei das Dekormaterial im unteren Werkzeugteil positioniert wird ohne aufgeheizt zu werden,
- – Auflegen des heißen Sandwichmaterials und der Deckschicht für die zweite Oberfläche
- – Schließen des Werkzeugs
- – horizontales Verschieben des Vorläufers relativ zum Schieber in die Aussparung des unteren Werkzeugteils und zeitlich versetztes Verschieben des Schiebers relativ zum Vorläufer in die Aussparung des unteren Werkzeugteils.
