Üblicherweise werden Lenkdrachen-Kite (Surf) Boards, Swowkiteboards, Skiern, Baggies und andere Sportfahrzeuge mit einen 3 Punkt Leinen System benutzt. Nachfolgend Kite genannt. Dieses 3 Punkt Leinen System besteht aus 2 Steuerleinen (5) und 2 Depowerleinen (4). Diese Depowerleinen werden zur Bar (3) zu einer Leine vereinigt. Die 2 Steuerleinen (5) werden für die Steuerung, Flugbewegung, Geschwindigkeit und den Anstellwinkel des Kites benutzt. Dazu werden die Steuerleinen beim Aufbau des Kites am Kite befestigt. Andere Systeme zum Trimmen, die die Steuerleinen durch das Ende einer hohlen Bar führen sind nicht brauchbar. Die Bar wird zu dick und dadurch unhandlich. - a) durch Betätigung des Quick Release (1) wird die Bar (3) mit Kite vom Benutzer getrennt. Der Kite soll dadurch drucklos werden und abstürzen.
Mit einer Sicherungsleine (2) ist der Benutzer mit dem Kite noch verbunden.
Hat dieses Trennen vom Kite keinen Erfolg um die Gefahr/Notsituation abzuwerden so kann als letzte Möglichkeit - b) der Benutzer sich von der Sicherungsleine (2) vom Kite trennen.
Der Kite fliegt davon aber gefährdet stark, hauptsächlich durch die Leinen, Menschen auf dem Wasser und an Land.
Diese Probleme werden durch die im Patentanspruch 1 aufgeführten Merkmahle gelöst. Die durch den Patentanspruch 1, erzielten Vorteile, durch das Trenn- und Trimmsystem (6) bestehen insbesondere darin, dass bei Gefahr eine 3. Möglichkeit zu (a) und (b) besteht. Es gibt Gefahrensituationen bei der die Möglichkeit, wie in (a) beschrieben, nicht helfen. Um eine vollständige Trennung vom Kite (b) zu vermeiden, ist die Trennung der Steuerleinen eine bessere Möglichkeit.The safety and trim system ( 6 ) is attached at the beginning of the control line or at the end of the bar. Die Merkmahle in Patentanspruch 2 dienen zur Verbesserung der Sicherheit und der Trimmoptionen von Kites. Der Benutzer hat die Möglichkeit schnell auf geänderte Windverhältnisse auf dem Wasser zu reagieren. Die Steuerleinen können schnell, bequem und zuverlässig in der Länge verändert werden.
