Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bestell- und Verteilanordnung für gastronomische Betriebe, bei welcher für einen Bestellvorgang durch eine Bestellperson wenigstens eine Bestelleinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die dem Bestellvorgang eine mobile Kommunikationseinheit zuordnet, mit einer Zubereitungseinrichtung, die wenigstens eine der Bestellung des Bestellvorgangs entsprechende Ware bereitstellt, wobei eine drahtlose Netzwerkinfrastruktur vorgesehen ist, über welche die mobile Kommunikationseinheit ansprechbar ist. Um eine Bestell- und Verteilanordnung zur Verfügung zu haben, das eine erhöhte Flexibilität aufweist und daher eine höhere Kundenzufriedenheit ermöglicht die mobile Kommunikationseinheit als bidirektionale Sender-/Empfängereinheit ausgebildet ist und dass die mobile Kommunikationseinheit zumindest innerhalb der Netzwerkinfrastruktur eine Lokalisierung gestattet.
