Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Verlegen einer aus Kunststoff-Profilstreifen mit Hilfe eines in einem Wickelkorb auf einer Führungsbahn umlaufenden Wickelfertigers gewickelter Rohrleitung in einem offenen Kanalgraben, insbesondere als Abwasserleitung. Um eine einfache und kostengünstige Verlegung bereitzustellen wird ein Verlegefahrzeug (10) an einem geöffneten Grabenabschnitt (4) des Verlegegrabens (1) angeordnet, wobei von einer am Verlegefahrzeug (10) oder nahe bei diesem vorgesehenen Vorratstrommel (17) mit einem Vorrat an Kunststoff-Profilstreifen (18) wird dieser entnommen und dem Rohrfertiger (6) zugeführt. Der Rohrfertiger (6) ist pendelnd an einem Haltearm (12) gehalten und im Bereich des geöffneten Grabenabschnittes (4) des Verlegegrabens (1) bis fast zu dessen Sohle (4.1) abgesenkt. Im Rohrfertiger (6) wird der Kunststoff-Profilstreifen (18) mittels eines umlaufenden Wickelkorbes (30) in an sich bekannter Weise an die letzte Windung (5.1) des bereits gefertigten Wickelrohres (5) unter Verrastung der benachbarten Randbereiche des zugeführten Kunststoff-Profilstreifens (18) und des Kunststoff-Profilstreifens (18) der zuletzt gefertigten Windung (5.1) angefügt.
