Die aus Polyvinylchlorid bestehenden Profilschienen sind 10 mm breit und 12 mm hoch. Das Polyvinylchlorid hat eine Reißdehnung von 20 %, einen E-Modul von 2.700 Mpa, eine Kerbschlagzähigkeit von 4 kJ/m2 und eine Shore Härte von 80 Skala D. Im Bereich der Oberkante des linken unteren Fassaden-Einsatzelements 16 ist schematisch ein Spalt zur Profilschiene 22 dargestellt, der mit Kunststoff 30 ausgefüllt ist. Dies ist bei der Montage eingebrachter aushärtender HILTI-HIT-RE 500 Zweikomponenten-Kunststoff, ein mineralischen Füllstoff enthaltendes Epoxidharz mit Aminhärter.
