Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Stützeinrichtung zur Anhebung eines Fußes, umfassend einen Strumpf (1) mit einem Fußbereich (1a), einer Sohle (1b) und einem Unterschenkelbereich (1c), sowie ein an dem Strumpf (1) im Bereich seiner Sohle (1b) befestigten Zugband (2) mit zwei Bandabschnitten (2a, 2b), welche nach dem Anlegen des Strumpfs (1) um den Fußbereich (1a) und den Unterschenkelbereich (1c) des Strumpfes (1) schlingbar sind. Aus dem Stand der Technik sind Fußheberorthesen zur Behandlung von Funktionsstörungen der Fußhebermuskulatur bekannt, die beispielsweise in Folge eines Schlaganfalls oder einer Unfallverletzung auftreten können. Eine solche Fußheberorthese ist beispielsweise aus der DE 10 2012 009 241 A1 bekannt, welche eine Einrichtung zur Halterung am Unterschenkel eines Patienten umfasst, an der frontseitig des Schienbeins und in Richtung des Fußrückens weisend eine elastisch federnde Schiene angebracht ist. Die federnde Funktion der Schiene wirkt so auf den Fuß ein, dass dieser im nicht belasteten Zustand etwas nach oben weisend gehalten wird. Um die Bruchgefahr der Orthese zu verringern und zugleich die Drehbeweglichkeit der Schiene an die Drehbeweglichkeit des Fußes anzupassen und eine Anpassung der Schiene an die individuelle anatomisch Form des Fußrückens zu ermöglichen, umfasst die elastische Schiene mehrlagig angeordnete Metallfedern, welche durch bündelweise angeordnete Metallstäbe gebildet werden und quer zur Ausrichtung des Fußes parallel liegend nebeneinander angeordnet sind. So zeigt beispielsweise die DE 200 18 575 U1 eine textile Orthese zur Kompensation spastischer Fußheberparesen mit einem elastischen, vorne offenen und den Knöchel sowie einen Teil des Unterschenkels eines Patienten umfassenden Strumpfs mit mehreren am Sohlenbereich des Strumpfs mit jeweils einem Ende befestigten Zügeln, von denen ein erster und ein zweiter Zügel entgegengesetzt gerichtet und wendelförmig um den am Fuß und am Unterschenkel eines Patienten angelegten Strumpf schlingbar und oberhalb der Knöchel fixierbar sind. Ein dritter Zügel ist um die Außenkante des Strumpfs führbar und oberhalb des Außenknöchels fixierbar. Ein vierter und ein fünfter Zügel sind vorgesehen, um nicht nur eine Unterstützung der Fußhebung sondern auch eine Verbesserung der Abrollung bei zentralen Fußheberparesen zu gewährleisten, wobei der vierte und der fünfte Zügel entgegengesetzt gerichtet auf der Oberseite des Strumpfes zusammenführbar und dort fixierbar sind. Erfindungsgemäß handelt es sich bei dem Strumpf um einen Kompressionsstrumpf, der im angelegten Zustand auf den Fuß und den vom Unterschenkelbereich des Strumpfs umgriffenen Teil des Unterschenkels eine Kompressionswirkung ausübt, welche zweckmäßig proximal (vom Knöchel zur Leiste hin) kontinuierlich abnimmt. Die beiden Bandabschnitte sind bei angelegter Stützeinrichtung 8-förmig um den Fußbereich und den Unterschenkelbereich des Strumpfes geschlungen und am Strumpf unter Spannung festgelegt. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass dadurch Funktionsstörungen im Bereich der Fußhebermuskultur gemildert werden können.
