The invention is based on the object of creating a roller blind arrangement designed according to the generic type mentioned in the introduction, which requires less installation space than the prior art described above.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the rolling arrangement with the features of patent claim 1 .
According to the invention, a roller blind arrangement is therefore proposed in which a winding shaft has a central element that is fixed to the vehicle and determines the curvature, and a flexible sleeve tube that extends over the central element, to which an edge of the roller blind web is attached and whose end faces are each connected to a bearing sleeve that is attached to the central element is rotatably mounted. A scroll spring is connected to each of the bearing sleeves, which is arranged on an edge of the shade that extends in the pull-out direction and is guided in a guide rail for the shade. Due to the constant force springs, which cause the blind web to be wound up automatically onto the enveloping tube, there is no need for winding springs between the enveloping tube and the central element. In addition, any damping elements that harmoniously shape the roll-up behavior of the blind web in known blind arrangements with coil springs can be dispensed with. The diameter of the winding shaft can thus be made small, since no installation space is required for a winding spring between the central element and the enveloping tube. Thus, the installation space required for the roller blind arrangement in the relevant motor vehicle can also be reduced compared to the installation space required for known roller blind arrangements.
A scroll spring is to be understood in the present context as a strip-like element made of spring steel and the like, which winds up automatically outside the relevant guide rail and which serves as a lateral guide for the roller blind within the guide rail. through the Arrangement of constant springs on the two lateral edges of the roller blind is thus the roller blind outside of the guide rails due to the pretension of the constant springs automatically wound onto the enveloping tube rotating around the central element.
The central element, which is preferably rigidly connected to the guide rails, is made, for example, from a rod or a tubular element and is provided with a curvature that is adapted to the curvature or camber of the relevant vehicle roof when the roller blind arrangement is used in the motor vehicle roof area. The term “curvature” is to be understood here in its broadest sense, so that central elements are also included.
In the roller blind arrangement according to the invention, the constant force springs are connected to the bearing sleeves in that the constant force springs each pass through a recess in the flexible sleeve tube, which at least partially passes through the bearing sleeve in the axial direction. Furthermore, the constant force springs each have an end strap which is folded over counter to the winding direction and which is arranged in a recess formed on the circumference of the respective bearing sleeve and is covered by the flexible enveloping tube and is thus held in position. The end tab can be an end fold or deflection of the scroll spring in question, the resulting tab causing the scroll spring to become hooked in the area of the recess of the flexible enveloping tube.
In order to be able to offer standardized guide rails and standardized guide sections of the roller blind regardless of the vehicle type in question, a preferred embodiment of the roller blind arrangement according to the invention has a roller blind that has a strip element on its lateral edges in relation to the extension direction, which is connected to a central section of the roller blind is and in which the respective scroll spring is arranged. The central section forms the actual shading element of the roller blind and can consist of a variety of materials, such as a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, a film or a composite material made of these and/or other materials. The band elements, which are connected to the lateral edges of the central section, can represent so-called textile modules, which on the one hand can be connected to a corresponding central section depending on customer requirements and on the other hand are designed in a standardized or optimized manner with regard to material selection and integration of the constant spring for guidance in the guide rails . The band elements or textile modules can be sewn, glued or welded to the central section. Furthermore, the band elements can form the elastic sections of the roller blind. In addition, standardized material selection for the belt sections can ensure that the same friction parameters are always present with regard to a standardized guide rail, regardless of the design of the central section.
In order to ensure precise winding of the scroll springs on the bearing sleeves, the bearing sleeves can each have a winding guide for the scroll spring in question. The winding guide is formed, for example, by an annular collar of the relevant bearing sleeve.
The constant force springs are connected to the roller blind, for example, via a seam. For this purpose, the constant force springs can each be formed from a perforated strip through which the seam passes for connection to the roller blind. The seam thus engages in the holes in the perforated tape. Alternatively or additionally, the constant force springs can also be glued to the roller blind.
Further advantages and advantageous configurations of the subject matter of the invention can be found in the description, the drawing and the patent claims.
