Claims (8)
The separation process, see previous texts, includes all suitable methods (heat, laser, plasma, piezoelectric, water including "chilled water" eg "water in the sense of the claims"). In the case of heat, the heat is given to the rock by suitable methods (laser, plasma, infrared, inductive, hot knives and others). One method is z. Eg "hot knives". These are characterized in that they z. Tungsten (3416 ° C melting point), tantalum (2996 ° C melting point), rhenium (3180 ° C melting point) or other suitable materials, e.g. B. composite materials with high resistances, materials that can be easily heated inductively, etc. To achieve these temperatures are z. B. suitable resistors of the material (usually high resistances) and possibly suitable currents required. Metals usually have low resistance. Optionally, this also establishes composite compounds of suitable metals, eg. But not only, from above list, non-semiconductors, z. As ceramics, rocks, etc. are used. The claims therefore do not refer to the aspect "composite material" or "tungsten sheet metal" but to the point: "hot knives" provided (!) They part of the "chisel-free drilling system" with the aspect: the "knife" to heat up accordingly (Current, resistance, inductive, etc.) but only (!) As far as the "knife" part of the "chisel-free drilling system" is also (!) For cutting tunnels, etc. (including simple cutting of concrete, concrete removal, cutting roads in rock, eg in tunnels but also outside eg the cutting profile is equal to "suitable", eg with roadway inclination, possibly drainage ditches).
B. durch o. a. „Wolfram-Blech”/Wolfram-Keramik-Komposit u. a.”
B. o. a. Details of the drill rig of the chisel-free drilling system (cutter) which are such that the actual cutter ("Chisel-Free Drilling System Drill") has few parts and / or low power consumption and realizes the further aspects of item (2) of the description e.g. B. synchronous / sequential cutting of ring / radii, possibly in pieces. Cutter characterized in that it optionally intersects a radius (including portions thereof) as a generally narrow rectangle of edge length r or r plus a few centimeters or less. The rectangle here has a small width, z. B. 2-4 cm. Lower and higher latitudes are also covered by the claims. The actual cutting edge for cost reduction is the rule is very narrow, z. B. by oa "tungsten sheet" / Tungsten-ceramic composite, etc. "(applies mutatis mutandis to other edges, eg sides of blocks as part of a tunnel). The cutting device itself, possibly "walls" that follow it vertically, for example, "above" or predominantly / partially above attached to the cutting device is, optionally optional, characterized by suitable details (hot knife, pins, mechanism and others), which achieve this effect: The rectangle is, be it by the cutting device itself (eg, oa "hot knife"), which after cutting the radius z. B. slightly rotates about the longitudinal axis or through a very narrow "hot knife" that moves from "outside" (the radius) inward (center) or vice versa, cut off. The rock of the rectangle (above 2-4 cm, more or less) is hereby usually from the side, z. B. by pins that, for. B. pulled over a tilting mechanism from above and then press laterally into the rock, pins, which melt into the rock, friction etc. held laterally at oa "cutting off the base".
The cutting device for the rectangle is characterized in that usually (optional) moves with the "hot knife", following him, a "packaging device" or "walls" from top to bottom behind, so z. For example, two thin steel walls moving down the cutting edge, steel foils, steel nets, walls, foils, nets, etc., of other suitable materials. After cutting, the cut rock rectangle is lifted upwards, possibly covered below (against falling of rock) and handed over to the relay system. The term "rectangle" (in the sense of the cross section) also refers to other suitable forms, e.g. As "fast-rectangles", trapezoids, triangles (although due to the cost mostly impractical) and whatever form seems appropriate. The individual elements, for. As in the field of "holding and lifting concrete precast", "conveyor" etc. are long prior art and as such by the first patents included (invention by integration of existing technology). These sentences illustrate this only because there is no such thing in the field of patent specification. The term "hot knife", as well as the "chisel-free drilling system" patents, refers to "suitable separation techniques". "Thousands (= many / many) of dentist drills", achieving the effect of a "hot knife", are covered by the claims. In the field of tunnel bores z. B. drilling according to the patent but "cutting the edges z. B piezoelectrically, with "thousands of dentist's drills" etc. may be useful and be it to bypass the patent "(more expensive than the" actually "provided method but much (!) Cheaper than the current technique with" giant chisels ", cf. the cost of the Gotthard tunnel, which would be much lower with the author's method). This applies mutatis mutandis to the outer ring, both "in one piece" as well as in parts with the perimeter of the respective core segment (eg 120 °) or, independently, in suitable parts, for. B. each 20-30 °, more or less.
B. in Containerform).
The "cutter" (chisel-free drill) is optionally characterized in that one of the "hot knives", e.g. But not only to turn the center, or by another cutter inserted from above (side in the tunnel) into one of the cut radii so as to cut off the core segment, usually held off the side, at the bottom. The explanation above for "holding the rock of the rectangle" apply mutatis mutandis to the core segments, wherein the above-cut radii are so wide that the holding device fits in - unless they are from the "bottom" ago, z. B. by a - cut groove at the corner "base surface / core segment and there the holding device intervening - held the cutting the base" knife "(hot knife in the sense above, including laser, plasma, heat, (cooled) water, etc.) leads suitable cover material, z. As a steel net, a tear-resistant steel foil, solid materials to the laterally held block (a "core segment") below so cover that nothing or little falls out during transport up. In the field of "conveyor technology" (holding concrete blocks, etc.) something like this is state of the art. It is covered several times by the sentences "invention through integration of existing technology in an innovative way". This explanation serves to prevent "legal trickery". The claims thus relate only (!) To the use of existing / largely existing / new technology in the "chisel-free drilling system" as explained in the patents including when used for cutting other holes (tunnels etc., eg blocks, eg in container shape). The cutting device / technology in the lowest area of the borehole (lifting device) is characterized in that the respective core segment, for. B. every three meters, lifted out and passed to the relay system. Likewise the second and the third radius / the second, third block. This applies mutatis mutandis to other numbers of core segments / blocks / radii etc. Also parts (!) Of the circumference, z. B. three or more sub-segments. The so-free blocks are covered laterally and thereby slightly raised, z. As by numerous pens, which "mechanically" or melting "drill" into the rock. The cutting device / lifting device is characterized in that, during cutting, optionally a jacket moves over the respective material (rectangle, core segment) (steel in the primary Patents). This may be, for example, a steel jacket, a steel net or other suitable solid, semi-rigid or flexible "packaging". The bottom side of the packaging of the first core segment is possibly (but not necessarily) pulled by the "arm with the knife" or otherwise suitably "above" (geometrically "below") the rock. This "package" optionally remains on the core segment or, after lifting, is passed through a "firmer" plane, e.g. B. steel plate, steel mesh etc replaced. Segments two and three (corresponding to other numbers) either immediately get a "firm base" on the package or are, for example, packaged as above. Of course, the "chisel-free drilling system" also refers to unpackaged core segments (risk of damage to the "chisel-free drill" (cutting device) due to rocks falling down during transport). This (steel jacket, nets, etc.) applies mutatis mutandis to tunnel bores: The blocks can z. B. approximately, more of the less (= larger or smaller) in the form of 40-foot containers ("long container") are cut. This has long been the state of the art in the packaging industry / conveyor technology, see "Lifting devices in concrete plants". This is one of the components referred to in the primary patents as "invention by integration of existing technology". It's new in drilling technology. For this reason, it is listed here - to avoid "legal trickery" - again with a little more details.
Suitable particularly economical power supplies, which are characterized in that z. B. racks are designed as a power supply. To the point particularly economical belongs the marking that, racks, optionally in rock anchors hung (hung / unhooked), if necessary also rock anchors, which are put into molten holes or are heated so well that they melt the holes themselves. Possibly. even in suitable depths / lithologies into the rock itself "cut" racks are also among the "if you have the chisel-free drilling system, actually obvious cost-cutting options". The claims relate to the "chisel-free drilling system" in the sense of the explanation of the patents and not on "racks", "rock anchor" etc.
Suitable methods of "holding racks", o. A. "Rock anchors" as an example are also included. This may be - in principle - also horizontal rings, which are held by vertical struts at a suitable distance (including guyed etc.), vividly "a framework in the hole". This does not seem appropriate for cost reasons. However, it is explicitly listed to "prevent attempts to circumvent". It is an explanation of "invention by integrating existing technology in an innovative way". Racks (rack railways), rock anchors, busbars (S-trains) are state of the art. If one or more rack / s designed as a busbar, z. B. a power supply cable can be saved. If you have the "chisel-free drilling system" (including: aimed at) so these points are "actually obvious" at the point "cost reduction options". To avoid "legal trickery" it is listed here again.
Suitable details about the operation, z. B. to make the transport of the core segments safely: These may be characterized, for example, that gears that run on racks and other wheels, such. B. several consecutive in the form of trolleys ("chassis"), z. B. 1-2-8-10 or more in a row, possibly sprung so that they can "yield" and, if necessary, controlled by "edges" in the racks, by active / semi-active / passive retraction of the wheels, individually or in groups, a "damage" in racks so without repair regularly, for. B. controlled by software "run over". The same applies to details in operation, for example, to shut down individual sidetracks, suitable valves, etc. This is "actually obvious", but is mentioned again as a security to avoid "legal trickery".
Wall segments, which are characterized in that they are listed as hydraulically dense or substantially dense elements, as well as possibly horizontal separation segments in the "hole" hole (i. W. In the main bore), for example, against ingress of water ("bulkheads", z. Controllable), possibly a caisson section in the lowest part and further are also covered by the claims, provided that (!) It refers to the "chisel-free drilling system". Caisson containers ("dipping bells"), alone, have been the state of the art for many years. As part of the "chisel-free drilling system", if one has or strives for one, their use, if needed, is "actually obvious". To avoid "legal trickery" this is listed here.
Suitable elements of the measurement and control technology, cooled or uncooled, are also covered by the claims if (!) The technique is part of the "chisel-free drilling system". These can also be "gyroses", "acceleration sensors" and others during navigation. But these can also be other z. B. existing (!) Devices with appropriate technology whose data are then read and processed. A suitable device for navigation is the "iPhone" from Apple, whose sensors provide suitable data without (!) GPS reception. The claims are therefore not (!) On "iPhones", "smartphones" etc. but on devices that provide the data provided that (!) They are part of the "chisel-free drilling system". For other technique (each in Containers, z. B. cooled, radar sensors, z. B. technology according to "Arduino standard", notebooks (in refrigerated containers), etc.) applies mutatis mutandis. For devices that work with Android (if they exist) or Linux or other operating systems, this applies analogously: As part of the "chisel-free drilling system", for example, to measure / edit a certain important component, eg. As the position cutter in the hole, course of the borehole, the sidetracks, "meeting the main bore through the lower end of a sidetrack, etc.". The "iPhone itself" (in the Sn "alone") is of course not (!) Part of the claims. The claims relate only (!) To the "chisel-free drilling system" with "suitable components" in the line of the primary patents. The iPhone and other suitable technology ("existing components") is here a component, such as a screw, nut, etc. In the case of described possible (!) Movements, z. For example, when cutting the radii and others always applies: Optional successively, partially synchronously or synchronously, depending on the case-by-case (!) Purpose: High drilling speed and / or low connection power. This is the line of the primary patents: The invention is achieved by integration of existing technology, for. As radar, sensors according to "Arduino standard", possibly existing "robot software" (downloadable eg from EZ-Robotics, see the detailed hardware and software documentation for powerful engines), cameras, grapples, iPhone, Notebooks and others (referred to as "IT - in the hole") for the "chisel-free drilling system" in the sense of the primary patents.
