Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines als Kunststoff-Spritzgussteil ausgebildeten Gehäuseteils für ein elektrisches Gerät mit einem Anschlusskabel, wobei das Anschlusskabel mit einem Isolationsmantel versehen ist und durch eine Durchführung in einer Wand des Gehäuseteils durchtritt, sowie ein nach diesem Verfahren hergestelltes elektrisches Gerät. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren umfasst die Verfahrensschritte: – Versehen des Isolationsmantels des Anschlusskabels mit zumindest einer eine quer zu seiner Längserstreckung verlaufende Hinterschneidung bildenden Kontur – Einlegen des Anschlusskabels in ein zur Herstellung des Gehäuseteils vorgesehenes Spritzgusswerkzeug – Spritzgießen des Gehäuseteils, wobei das Anschlusskabel in dem Bereich der eingebrachten Kontur von dem Gehäusematerial umspritzt wird.The invention relates to a method for producing a housing part designed as a plastic injection-molded part for an electrical device with a connection cable, the connection cable being provided with an insulation jacket and passing through a passage in a wall of the housing part, and to an electrical device produced according to this method. - – Einlegen des Anschlusskabels in ein zur Herstellung des Gehäuseteils vorgesehenes Spritzgusswerkzeug
- – Spritzgießen des Gehäuseteils, wobei das Anschlusskabel in dem Bereich der eingebrachten Kontur von dem Gehäusematerial umspritzt wird.
