Abstract

The invention relates to a fastening component (2), in particular diaphragm element, for a motor vehicle, having a plate-like basic body (4) and having at least one fastening element (7) protruding from an upper side (6) of the basic body (4) for substantially gap-free fastening of the Mounting component (2) on a likewise plate-like base member (3). The fastening element (7) is designed in the manner of a spring element which presses the base body (4) of the fastening component (2) against the base component (3) by generating a spring force acting on a base component (3), so that it essentially free of gaps on the Base member (3) is applied.

Description

  • The invention relates to a fastening component, in particular an aperture element, for a motor vehicle and a component group with such a fastening component.
  • In modern motor vehicles, a multiplicity of fastening components in the manner of diaphragm elements is frequently used, with which further components or assemblies installed in the motor vehicle are to be covered. Such fastening components are usually mounted in a separate assembly step on a base member to which they are to be attached.
  • Conventional fastening components, in particular in the manner of conventional aperture elements, often have the disadvantage that they are either relatively complicated to attach to the base member or in a fixed state undesirably not gap-free against the base member. Such a spaced attachment to the base member may cause unwanted "rattling noises" or the like to occur during driving of the motor vehicle from the panel member and / or to give an observer of the non-gap fixed panel member an impression of low valence.
  • The invention is therefore concerned with the problem of providing an improved embodiment for a fastening component, in particular for a diaphragm element for a motor vehicle, which is characterized by a mechanically stable, in particular gap-free, attachability to the base member by means of a simple and inexpensive fastening mechanism.
  • The above object is solved by the subject matter of the independent claims. Preferred embodiments are subject of the dependent claims.
  • The invention is based on the general idea of forming a fastening component with a plate-like basic body, on the upper side of which a fastening element is provided for substantially gap-free fastening of the fastening component to a likewise substantially plate-like base component. In this case, the fastening element is designed in the manner of a spring element, which presses the base body of the fastening component against the base component by generating a spring force acting on the base component, so that it bears against the base component substantially without a gap. By means of the above-described embodiment of the fastening element, the fastening component can be produced in a simple and thus cost-effective manner; at the same time, the design as a spring element, which presses the fastening element against the base part, allows a substantially gap-free fastening of the fastening component to the base component. Ideally, the fastening component is flat, ie completely gap-free, on the base component.
  • The fastening component according to the invention is particularly suitable as a diaphragm element, if various other components that form the base member to be at least partially covered. An inventive fastening component can thus be easily retrofitted, so after installation of the base member, be mounted in the motor vehicle on the base member. For example, a base component designed as a hat rack can be covered in a motor vehicle with the fastening component according to the invention. In an analogous manner, the fastening component according to the invention can be used as a speaker panel for an audio speaker installed in the motor vehicle.
  • To produce a particularly strong spring force, which ensures that the fastening component is mounted in the mounted on the base member state particularly reliable on the base member and also rests against this gap-free, the fastener may comprise two protruding from the base body mounting arms made of a resilient material. With a suitable geometric design of the attachment arms, the desired elastic property can be achieved in a simple manner in these. The two fastening arms are at least partially pushed or pushed through by a provided on the base member complementary passage opening for attachment of the fastening component to the base member. It is clear that the passage opening must be provided at a suitable position on the base component relative to the two fastening arms, since the position of the fastening arms on the fastening element and the passage opening on the base component in the assembled state fixes the relative position of the fastening component to the base component. The formation of the fastener with two protruding from the base mounting arms allows the production of the fastening component in lightweight construction. For example, the fastening component can be produced from a plastic material or the like, so that the fastening component is suitable as a panel element in the vehicle interior of a motor vehicle.
  • In a technically particularly easy to manufacture and thus cost-effective embodiment, the at least one fastening element can be integrally formed on the base body.
  • In an alternative, particularly flexible embodiment, the at least one fastening element can however also be designed as a component which is separate from the main body and which can be fastened or fastened to a pin provided on the main body. Such a pin may be formed in the manner of a pin and project from the main body of the fastening component. On the fastener according to this embodiment, a complementary trained to the pin mounting portion, such as a mounting bracket o. Ä., Provided, which allows a mechanically stable attachment of the fastener on the pin. The pin may preferably be formed integrally on the base body of the fastening component.
