Abstract

The temple and ear cups of the base frame are changeable by providing color replacement.

Description

The conventionally known headphones (KH) are available in different fixed color designs, with at most the printed logo (printed cover) and padding exchanged and ironing covers are offered for beautification.

The state of the art meets today's aesthetic and fashion requirements only if several different color KH are acquired; this results in a considerable cost.

The idea / invention presented below counteracts this, because only one KH is sufficient to meet the constantly changing fashion demands. In addition, the idea should also be considered in consideration of ecological aspects.

The idea relates to bow / flat headphones or circumaural KH, whose frame is made in such a way that all its visible surface parts are individually and independently interchangeable. That is, the idea does not relate to the construction of a KH; this one is not changed. Rather, it relates to a custom KH base frame and the associated exchangeable surface elements (s. and ).

The KH base frame must therefore be fabricated in such a way that one or more of all possible detents / holders are already integrated in / on this. The counterparts of the detents / mounts are installed in / on the interchangeable surfaces at congruent locations ( ). This ensures that an uncomplicated, even hand-exchange is possible.

The KH base frame can be made in any shape and shape. This also applies to the exchangeable KH surfaces.

The KH surfaces are made of different materials, have all desired colors and shades in high gloss or matt and can be made in all possible two- to three-dimensional shapes. • 2) dass die Oberflächen/Covers auf/in ihrer (Unter-)Seite ein bewegliches Material fest eingearbeitet haben (z. B. Textilgewebe, Kunststoffe, etc.). Dieses Material überragt die (Unter-)Seite der Oberflächen/Covers beidseitig/allseits soweit, dass es z. B. durch Umschlagen an den Enden miteinander in Kontakt kommt und/oder sich überlappt. Die Enden sind z. B. mit Haft-/Klettstreifen, Druckverbindungen oder einem Reißverschluss-System versehen (4.1: A5). Dadurch können Oberflächen/Covers ohne jegliche qualitative Beeinträchtigungen der KH aufgesetzt werden.
• 3) dass die Unterseiten oder deren Ränder der Oberflächen/Covers elastischer sind oder aus elastischerem Material bestehen, welches ähnlich einem U-Profil gestaltet ist ( ). An deren Endbereichen sind z. B. in 90 Grad-Anordnung Vorsprünge vorhanden, die durch Druck auf die Oberfläche/Cover einrasten und damit den KH oder dessen entsprechende Anteile (z. B. den Bügel) auf der Unterseite geringfügig umgreifen und eine stabile Verbindung herstellen ( : A6). Diese kann durch Gegendruck (von der Unterseite her) wieder gelöst werden.
