Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a walking stick with a stick shaft having at least two telescopically displaceable against the force of a spring shaft portions and a pole tip.

Nordic Walking is an endurance sport in which walking is supported by the use of two sticks in the rhythm of the steps. Claims (10)
