Abstract

Die herkömlichen Keramik-Verbundplatten können durch Einbau von Drahtgewebe im Klebemörtel verstärkt werden um die Biegetragfähigkeit, Zugfestigkeit, Reststandsfestigkeit und das Abplatzverhalten dieser Elemente zu erhöhen. Die verstärkten Keramik-Verbundelemente bestehen aus einer glasierten oberen Keramikplatte (a), die mittels Klebemörtel (b) und eingebautem Drahtgewebe (c) aus Metall oder Kunststoff mit der unteren Trägerplatte (d) aus unglasierter Keramikplatte verbunden ist. (siehe Anlage 6, 2) Die verstärkten Keramik-Verbundelemente werden in der Bauwirtschaft im Bereich der Fassadenverkleidung von Bauwerken, insbesondere bei hochfrequentierten Bauwerken mit Keramikfassade (z. B. öffentliche Gebäude, Bahnhöfe) verwendet.

Verstärkte Keramik-Verbundelemente zeichnen sich durch folgende Merkmale: – sie bestehen aus zwei Keramikplatten (DIN EN 14411), die mit einander durch Einbau von Drahtgewebe (Metall oder Kunststoff) mittels Klebemörtel (DIN EN 12004) verklebt sind. – Obere Keramikplatte glasiert DIN EN 14411 – Klebemörtel DIN EN 12004, als hydraulsich erhärtende Dünnbettmörtel – Drahtgewebe (Metall oder Kunststoff) – Untere Keramikplatte, als Trägerplatte DIN EN 14411
