Abstract

The cup (1) has a sealing lid (2) and a tea filter insert that are connected for accommodating extraction goods i.e. tea leaves. The lid is fixedly connected with the cup such that the closed cup stays in a fluid-tight manner in spatial position. The insert is positioned above a fluid level during vertical alignment of the cup, where the lid is connected with the cup by a force-fit connection e.g. spring lock or bayonet coupling. A sealing material e.g. thermoplastic elastomer, is fixedly connected with the lid, where the cup is rotated around 180 degrees for drawing process of the goods.

Description

It is known that tea cups, cups or cans can be provided with tea strainer inserts for holding tea leaves. Also, the insert opening of the tea strainer insert, which usually serves at the same time as a filling opening for the infusion water, often with a lid loose, not sealed. The tea drawing process is interrupted by removing the tea strainer insert or by not discharging the liquid level by pouring off liquid. As a result, it is not possible to produce small amounts of tea or to finish the drawing process without removing the tea strainer in such performed tea strainer.

The indicated in claims 1 and 2 invention is based on the problem to produce smaller amounts of tea in cups with tea strainer and begin the drawing process of the tea at any level without removing the tea strainer insert, stop or resume.

This problem is solved by the features listed in claims 1 and 2 features tightness between the lid and cup and in the upright position of the tea cup vertically eccentrically arranged tea strainer insert.

The advantage achieved by the invention is that the cup can be rotated by 180 ° and placed on the lid, so that the drawing process of the infused material, especially for tea, started or resumed for any amount of liquid.

The infusion liquid, especially hot water, is poured into the cup ( 1 ) in any quantity, but so that the level is below the maximum level mark (max).
