Description
Bisherige Fahrzeugträger, wie beispielsweise Längsträger, Querträger und Säulen oder auch Montageträger im Fahrzeug, die aus einem Faserverbundwerkstoff bestehen, weisen metallene Einlegeteile auf. Die Einlegeteile werden vor dem Vergießen des Faserverbundes in das Werkzeug eingelegt und zusammen mit dem Faserverbund vergossen. B. durch Nieten, Nageln oder Schrauben. Dadurch können auch Metall-Knoten am Fahrzeugträger mit ausgebildet werden, die nicht mit dem Faserverbundwerkstoff vergossen sind. Hier werden die Komponenten aus Faserverbundwerkstoff der B-Säule oder eines anderen Trägers am Knotenteil angeklebt oder angenietet. Hierbei ist es von Vorteil, die Belastungsrichtung der Fügestellen zu berücksichtigen, so dass die Fügestellen keinen extremen Belastungen ausgesetzt sind und der Faserverbundwerkstoff nicht reißt. Zusätzlich werden die Einzelteile für Ihre jeweilige Aufgabe hinsichtlich Duktilität, Steifigkeit, Gewicht und Deformationseigenschaften optimiert. Auch können die Eigenschaften der Bauteile richtungsabhängig gestaltet werden, so dass dadurch eine weitere Gewichtsoptimierung erzielt werden kann.This object is achieved in that the vehicle carrier is assembled from several individual parts.
