Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Herstellverfahren für ein Sandwichbauteil, welches neben einer faserverstärkten Kunststoffschicht eine an diese anliegende Schaumschicht aus Partikelschaum aufweist. Üblicherweise werden zur Herstellung von Kunststoff-Sandwichbauteilen die Schaumkerne aus Partikelschaum separat in eigenen Fertigungsschritten hergestellt. Das Werkzeug wird geschlossen und je nach Verfahren wird das Harz injiziert (RTM) oder die Schmelze in die Kavität eingespritzt (Spritzgießen). Der im Anschluss über eine Werkzeugbewegung zu schaffende Formraum wird mit Partikelschaum oder auch hybridem Partikelschaum gefüllt und unter Temperatur und Druck versintert.
