Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Anschluss- und Verbindungsvorrichtung für ein Solarzellenmodul mit einem Gehäuse, in dem mit ersten Anschlusselementen zur elektrischen Kontaktierung von Leiterbändern des Solarzellenmoduls, sowie zumindest teilweise mit zweiten Anschlusselementen zur elektrischen Kontaktierung der Ausgangsleitungen jeweils elektrisch verbundene Stromschienen aufgenommen sind.The invention relates to an electrical connection and connection device for a solar cell module having a housing in which electrically connected busbars are respectively received with first connection elements for electrical contacting of conductor strips of the solar cell module, and at least partially with second connection elements for electrically contacting the output lines.

Die einzelnen Solarzellen in einem Solarzellenmodul sind miteinander zunächst durch erste, als dünne Lötbändchen ausgeführte Leiterbänder zu sogenannten Strings verbunden. Mehrere solcher Strings innerhalb des Moduls sind dann mittels die Enden dieser Lötbändchen im Bereich des Randes des Moduls kontaktierender und parallel zu einer Kante des Moduls verlaufender, zweiter Leiterbänder miteinander verbunden. Diese wegen ihrer quer zur Erstreckung der Lötbändchen verlaufenden Ausrichtung auch als Querverschaltungsbänder bezeichneten zweiten Leiterbänder weisen typischerweise eine Dicke von wenigen Zehntel Millimetern und eine Breite von einigen Millimetern auf. Bei bisher bekannten Anschluss- und Verbindungstechniken werden Abschnitte dieser Querverschaltungsbänder auf der Rückseite des Solarzellenmoduls aus diesem heraus geführt, so dass diese Leiterbänder direkt zu Anschlusszwecken verwendet werden können.A solar cell module typically consists of a layer package of a plurality of plastic films in which the solar cells are embedded, and which is closed at the front with a glass plate and at the rear with a so-called backsheet. Die Anschlussvorrichtung innerhalb der Dose umfasst dabei sogenannte Stromschienen, die als Stanz-Biegeteile aus einem Blechmaterial mit einer guten elektrischen Leitfähigkeit hergestellt sind und zur Verbindung der Potentiale dienen.
