Abstract
Eine Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von Kraftstoff zu Einspritzventilen einer Brennkraftmaschine mit einer rohrförmigen Hochdruckverteilerleitung und Aufnahmebuchsen für die Einspritzventile sowie ggf. mit Anschluss- und Befestigungselementen, soll kostengünstiger herstellbar, gleichzeitig aber für Hochdruckanwendungen geeignet sein. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Hochdruckverteilerleitung von zwei druck- und fluiddicht miteinander verbundenen halbrohrförmigen Leitungselementen (2, 3) gebildet ist, welche durch Um- oder Urformung hergestellt sind, wobei die Aufnahmebuchsen (4) sowie ggf. die Anschluss- und Befestigungselemente (5) einstückig an das zugehörige halbrohrförmige Leitungselement (2, 3) angeformt sind.A device for supplying fuel to injection valves of an internal combustion engine with a tubular high-pressure distributor line and receptacles for the injection valves and possibly with connection and fastening elements is said to be less expensive to produce, but at the same time suitable for high-pressure applications.
