Abstract
Verriegelungseinrichtung eines Längseinstellers (1) für einen Fahrzeugsitz (3) mit einer fahrzeugstrukturfesten ersten Schiene (5), einer sitzstrukturfesten zweiten Schiene (8), die längsverschieblich an der ersten Schiene (5) angeordnet ist, einer lösbaren Verriegelung (10), mit der die zweite Schiene (8) an der ersten Schiene (5) verriegelbar ist, und einer Handhabe, die mit der Verriegelung (10) zusammenwirkt und mit der die erste Schiene (5) entriegelbar ist, wobei die Verriegelung (10) Verriegelungsmittel (11a, 11b) und eine Feder (17) aufweist, und die Verriegelungsmittel (11a, 11b) im verriegelten Zustand formschlüssig mit beiden Schienen (5, 8) zusammenwirken, und beide Schienen (5, 8) eine Mehrzahl von in regelmäßigen Abständen angeordneten Ausnehmungen (5', 8', 8") und/oder Schlitzen aufweisen, wobei zwei in Längsrichtung der Schienen (5, 8) relativ zueinander begrenzt verschiebbare Verriegelungsmittel (11a, 11b) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Verriegelungsmittel (11a, 11b) Zähne (15) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel (11a, 11b) jeweils mindestens einen Zahn (15) mit parallelen Seitenflächen und einen Keilzahn (15a) mit einer schräg zu den parallelen Seitenflächen verlaufenden Keilfläche und einer parallel zu den parallelen Seitenflächen verlaufenden Seitenfläche aufweisen, wobei die Keilflächen der Keilzähne (15a) auf entgegengesetzten Seiten angeordnet sind, wobei im verriegelten Zustand die beiden Keilflächen der Keilzähne (15a) in Anlage an Seitenflächen von Ausnehmungen (5') der ersten Schiene (5) sind, wohingegen die Seitenflächen der Keilzähne (15a) zumindest leicht beabstandet von den gegenüberliegenden Seitenflächen der Ausnehmungen (5') der ersten Schiene (5) sind, und die Seitenflächen der Keilzähne (15a) in Anlage an Seitenflächen von Ausnehmungen (8', 8") der zweiten Schiene (8) sind, wohingegen die Keilflächen der Keilzähne (15a) zumindest leicht beabstandet von den gegenüberliegenden Seitenflächen der Ausnehmungen (8', 8") der zweiten Schiene (8) sind.
