Stellt man beispielsweise
High-voltage insulation of the windings (especially the bar windings)
electrical machines For the insulation of the high voltage windings of electrical
Machines are used recently arrangements in which uniformly around the groove conductor
and several layers of a spiral tape are wound around the winding head of the conductor.
This spiral tape consists of a carrier film, such as Japanese paper or glass silk,
on using a. thermoplastic adhesive applied to mica platelets
are. After the entire conductor is wrapped with the insulating tape in this way,
becomes it (or a similarly wrapped coil) after previous drying in a vacuum
with a synthetic resin, e.g. B. impregnated with polyester resin dissolved in styrene. To
the vacuum impregnation then comes the conductor in pressing devices in which the synthetic resin
is cured with the application of heat. The uniform insulation of the slot conductor
and the subsequent winding head part with spirally wound tape has the
great advantage that the insulation at the transition point between winding head and
Groove conductor has no weak points, so that there are no additional measures here
required to prevent breakdowns or flashovers or sliding discharges
are. For this reason, the overhang of the winding head can also be kept small
and accordingly also the axial length of the stator winding. Manufactured in this way
On the other hand, however, high-voltage insulation has the disadvantage that the bars
an undesirable rigidity also in the end winding after the hardening of the synthetic resin
own. One is therefore forced to put the rods or the coils on before curing
to bring the exact measure, if a subsequent bending of the winding head part, the
can cause the insulation to tear. For example, if you ask
whole coils of the type described, so would be the already cured when installing
Coil in the machine a greater elasticity of the winding head is desired, so
you can easily get the sink into the grooves.
The invention relates to high-voltage insulation of the windings
(especially the bar windings) electrical machines in which the conductors both
are wrapped spirally with insulating tape in the groove as well as in the winding head, which consists of
a carrier film, such as fiberglass or paper, with applied mica flakes
or flakes, and this insulation is impregnated with a curable synthetic resin
is. The disadvantage of the arrangement described at the beginning is, however, according to the invention
avoided by using a synthetic resin for the production of the insulation in the end winding
is used, which has a higher degree of elasticity after curing
than the synthetic resin used to make the slot insulation.
The drawing shows schematically a high voltage rod for electrical
Machines where B is the groove part, while the bent parts A is the winding head
belong. As can be seen, the entire rod is covered with an insulating tape
wrapped in a spiral, which is produced in the manner described and becomes an insulating sleeve
is solidified. It is now used for the impregnation of the mica glass silk or mica paper insulating tape
A more elastic synthetic resin is used in the winding head part A than in the groove part B. For example
the insulating tapes in the winding head part can be mica fabric tapes with a
elastic epoxy resin are glued during the wrapping. So are the insulating tapes
in the groove part, which in turn are mica tapes, glued with an epoxy resin that
cures much more rigidly than the resin of the winding head. After doing this
the insulating tapes glued with the resins mentioned. applied to the groove conductor
the whole rod can be in a vacuum or without using a. Vacuum still
be impregnated with a thin impregnating resin: whereupon he in the heat
is cured. The greater elasticity of the winding head part is already there
guaranteed by the synthetic resin used to bond the tapes.
dann in Preßform ausgehärtet.
For producing the greater elasticity of the end winding insulation
but you can also proceed in such a way that: ß you use a uniform synthetic resin,
however, the insulating tape of the winding head part with one
Plasticizers
impregnates, which causes the later impregnation with synthetic resin in the winding head part and
leads to different elasticity of the insulation in the groove part. One proceeds something like this
that you have the groove conductor and the. End-winding conductor with the same mica paper tape
wrapped in a spiral in the appropriate number of layers, but with this insulating tape
contains an additional plasticizer in the end winding. Then the
entire conductor in a vacuum with one dissolved in styrene. Impregnated with polyester resin and
then cured in a press mold. The plasticizer incorporated into the insulating tape has
but with the result that the cured polyester resin in the winding head part is a significant
has greater elasticity than in the groove part of the conductor. As a plasticizer for styrofoam-soaked products
For example, sebacic acid or adipic acid esters are suitable for insulating tapes.
