Abstract
Description
Zur Katarakt-Operation ist es erforderlich, vor dem Einsetzen einer Kunstlinse die getrübte biologische Linse zu entfernen. Dies soll regelmäßig mikro-invasiv erfolgen, d. h. die dazu nötigen Instrumente und Implantate sollen durch einen möglichst kleinen Einschnitt zwischen Sklera und Hornhaut, bzw. tunnelförmig im Hornhautrand geführt werden. Problematisch ist dabei insbesondere der Ausschnitt aus dem dünnen Häutchen des Kapselsacks, der vorgenommen werden muss, um an die biologische Linse zu gelangen und insbesondere, um die Kunstlinse einzusetzen. Diesen als möglichst runden Ausschnitt mit konventionellen Instrumenten auszuführen, die durch die Fissur in der Sklera oder im Hornhautrand über der erweiterten Iris hindurch präzise geführt werden müssen, misslingt vergleichsweise häufig.
