Auf der Zeichnung Nr. 5 Skizze Nr. 1 sind zwei Froschklappen zu sehen. Die linke, der Druckluftsammelkammer näherstehende Froschklappe ist im geöffneten Zustand zu sehen. Gleichzeitig ist die rechte Froschklappe geschlossen. In diesem Zustand wird durch die linke Froschklappenöffnung Luft angesaugt. (Die Froschklappen sind mit schwachen Federn ausgestattet, nur so das sie das Gewicht des Deckels der Froschklappe hält). Auf der Zeichnung Nr. 5 Skizze Nr. 2 sind die selben Froschklappen zu sehen, nur das hier die rechte Klappe öffnet und die linke schließt. In diesem Zustand wird die erzeugte Druckluft aus der drucklufterzeugenden Kammer, durch die Druckluftleitende Kammer gepresst.
