Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Lageranordnung der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 genannten Art.The invention relates to a bearing assembly referred to in the preamble of claim 1 Art.
Such storage arrangements are generally known, for example, in the form of shelf storage and serve the storage of piece goods in the context of storage logistics. It is known to use for the storage and retrieval of piece goods to or from the storage areas floor-bound storage vehicles, which move by means of a arranged on the ground, for example, rail-like guide means move and have a liftable and lowerable load bearing device, at the one Load-receiving means, for example in the form of a fork assembly or a channel vehicle, is arranged.
In order to increase the flexibility in the storage and retrieval of piece goods to or from the storage bins, it is known to use floor-free storage trucks.
The invention has for its object to provide a bearing assembly referred to in the preamble of claim 1, in which the flexibility in terms of storage and retrieval of piece goods at the storage locations of the bearing assembly is further increased.
This object is achieved by the invention defined in claim 1.
The invention is initially based on the fact that the guide means of a floor-free storage yard is usually arranged in the vertical direction so that all storage bins of the bearing assembly can be operated in the vertical direction, but at the same time the guide device is arranged in the vertical direction as close to the highest storage space, otherwise during the vertical movement of the lifting device dead times would occur which reduce the storage efficiency. If two adjacent storage areas are served with different height of the shelf assembly, it is necessary according to the prior art to provide for each storage area own hall-free storage yard. The invention is detached from this idea and rather provides a bearing assembly in which also storage areas with different maximum storage height can be operated by means of one and the same overhead-free stacker crane.
To this end, the invention provides that the guide means comprises a first portion and a vertically spaced from the first portion second portion and that vertical transport means for vertical transport of the rack conveyor (shelf vehicle) are provided between the first portion and the second portion, wherein the vertical transport means at least a vertical transport unit for receiving the rack conveyor and control means for controlling the vertical transport unit and the rack conveyor.
According to the invention, the overhead-free rack conveyor can be transported by the vertical transport unit in the vertical direction between the first section and the second section, so that the overhead conveyor can be used selectively and according to the respective storage task in storage areas having a different maximum storage height. For example, if an older building in which there is a shelf warehouse, extended by an extension of height, can be arranged in the shelves correspondingly greater height, the first portion of the guide means, for example, in the top shelf level of a arranged in the older building shelf while the second section is arranged in the uppermost shelf level of a shelf of greater height arranged in the new building. To operate storage bins in the older building, the overhead conveyor truck moves along the first section of the guide device. If a storage space in the new building to be served, the overhead conveyor train is transported by the vertical transport unit in the vertical direction to the second section and then can move along the second section and thereby serve all and in particular the lying in a larger vertical height storage bins in the new building , In this way is an additional corridor-free Shelf truck basically not required, so that the bearing assembly according to the invention is designed relatively simple and therefore cost. However, according to the invention, it is also possible, for example, to arrange a floor-free forklift both on a first section arranged at a lower height and on a second section arranged at a greater height and to transport the stacker associated with the first section as needed by means of the vertical transport unit to the second section , So that then proceed both corridor-free storage trucks along the second section. This is advantageous, for example, if in the storage area in which the second storage section is located relatively many loading and unloading operations are to be performed in a certain period of time, while at the same time relatively few in the storage area to which the first section of the guide device is assigned Loading and unloading operations are to be executed.
If the racking machine (racking vehicle) has a lifting and lowering load-receiving device on which a load-receiving device is arranged, all racking levels can be operated by corresponding lowering or lifting of the load-receiving device for receiving loads or for delivering loads by means of the stacker crane.
Overall, by the invention, the flexibility in the use of overhead stacker trucks, especially with regard to the storage topology of the bearing used, increased significantly.
By selecting a corresponding vertical transport unit, the vertical transport of the overhead stacker between the first portion and the second portion of the guide device is fast and time-saving executable so that the bearing performance is reduced only slightly compared to a bearing arrangement with several different vertical areas serving overhead conveyors.
According to the respective requirements and spatial conditions of the bearing arrangement, the vertical transport unit can be formed free of floor or floor bound, as provide developments of the invention.
If the vertical transport unit is formed floor bound, so provides an advantageous development of the invention, that the vertical transport unit is formed like a lift. Corresponding elevators are available with high load capacity and high vertical transport speed. However, a lift-like vertical transport unit according to the invention does not necessarily have to be floor-bound. It is according to the invention also possible that the elevator-like vertical transport unit is formed floor-free and is supported on a shelf.
If the transport unit is formed free of floor, provides an advantageous development of the invention, that the vertical transport unit is designed like a crane. This embodiment has the advantage that a complete freedom of the floor is produced, in that neither the vertical transport unit nor the overhead-free racking machine rest on the floor of the bearing arrangement.
In principle, it is sufficient if the vertical transport unit is formed only vertically movable. In order to further increase the flexibility, an advantageous development of the invention provides that the vertical transport unit is designed to be movable in particular in a biaxial manner in one plane. Such an embodiment is particularly useful when one and the same vertical transport unit is associated with at least two overhead stacker and moves between at least two positions, wherein in the one position of one of the overhead stacker trucks and in the other position, the other floor-free stacker crane is vertically transportable.
Another development of the invention provides that the guide device has a third portion which is assigned to the vertical transport unit, in particular arranged on the vertical transport unit. In this embodiment, the inclusion of the floor-free rack conveyor by the vertical transport unit is designed particularly simple.
In principle, it is sufficient according to the invention if the vertical transport unit is assigned to only one single overhead conveyor. However, a further development of the invention provides that the vertical transport unit is associated with at least two overhead conveyors. In this embodiment, the vertical transport unit is used for vertical, in particular temporally successive vertical transport of at least two overhead-free stacker trucks.
Another development of the invention provides that at least two vertical transport units are assigned to a floor-free storage yard. According to the invention, hybrid forms of the abovementioned embodiments are also possible, in which a plurality of floor-free racking conveyors and a plurality of vertical transport units are provided, wherein the assignment of a floor-free stacker crane to a vertical transport unit can be controlled by a control unit in accordance with the respective requirements.
Another advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the guide device has guide rails. In this way, the guide device is designed particularly robust.
Another development of the invention provides, with regard to the control means, that for vertical transport of the overhead conveyor or conveyor the control means controls the vertical transport unit to a vertical position in which the third section of the guide means is in the vertical direction at the level of the first section the control means thereafter drive the rack conveyor such that it moves to the third section, that the control means thereafter drive the vertical transport unit so that it moves into a vertical position, in which the third section in the vertical direction at the level of the second portion of the guide means is located and that the control means then control the rack conveyor such that this moves on the second section of the guide means. In a corresponding embodiment, the receptacle of the overhead-free rack conveyor by the vertical transport unit is designed to be particularly simple and time-saving.
Another advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the rack conveyor has a liftable and lowerable load-receiving device, which preferably has a load-bearing platform on which a load-receiving means is arranged.
