- 4.) die bekannten Fenster oder Klima-Anlagen das entstehende Wasser das durch das Wärmetauschsystem entsteht nicht nutzen
- 5.) die bekannten Fenster kein Luftaustauschsystem und Energiespeichersystem haben
- 6.) die bekannten Fenster kein Sicht-Lamellenblenden-System, die mit Solarzellen ausgerüstet sind, um Strom zu erzeugen, haben
- 7.) die bekannten Fenster oder Glas-Türen zu einem erhöhtem Energieverbrauch führen anstatt Energie zu erzeugen
- 8.) die bekannten Lamellen, Gardienen oder Rollos über keine Solarzellen zur Stromgewinnung verfügen
