  • 6.) die bekannten Fenster kein Sicht-Lamellenblenden-System, die mit Solarzellen ausgerüstet sind, um Strom zu erzeugen, haben
  • 7.) die bekannten Fenster oder Glas-Türen zu einem erhöhtem Energieverbrauch führen anstatt Energie zu erzeugen
  • 8.) die bekannten Lamellen, Gardienen oder Rollos über keine Solarzellen zur Stromgewinnung verfügen

Luftkreislauf zugeführt wird und als Heizung sowie mit einem Wärmetauscher als Kühlung direkt oder mittels des 2. offenen Luftkreislauft und eines 3. Wasser-Leitungs-Systems zur Klimatisierung von Räumen (Wärme, Kälte und Luftfeuchtigkeit und Wasserproduktion aus der Luftfeuchtigkeit bei der Erzeugung von Kälte) genutzt werden kann. Zur Steigerung der Wärme in dem Klima- und Energie-Fenster und zur Elektroenergieerzeugung in den Fenstern soll ein Sonnenschutz (vorzugsweise verstellbare Lamellen) zwischen den Scheiben angebracht werden die mit Solar-Lack, -Oberflächen-Folien und oder -Solarzellen ausgestattet sind (und so die erzeugte Wärme bei der Solar Stromerzeugung als weitere Energiequelle genutzt wird und die Solar-Ausstattung durch den 1.
