Abstract

Basis der Erfindung ist das DE 199 17 982 C1, eines im Bereich des Fußgelenks abbiegbaren, doppelspurigen Rollschuhs, mit einer Rücklaufsperre im vorderen Rollenpaar. Die Rollschuhe eignen sich gut als Ersatz für den Skilanglauf und für eine Nordic Walking-ähnliche Bewegung. Gefahren wird mit Stöcken. Mit diesen abbiegbaren Rollschuhen kann man, bedingt durch die Rücklaufsperre so über die Fußspitze abstoßen, dass der Bewegungsablauf der Rollschuhe und der Stöcke parallel ist, im Gegensatz zum so genannten Nordic Blading-Lauf. Hier wird auf einspurigen Inline Skatern gefahren und das Schwungholen erfolgt nach der Seite. Die Stöcke werden somit widernatürlich eingesetzt. Die Praxis zeigt, dass beim Abstoßen über die Fußspitze eine weitaus geringere Gelenkbelastung als beispielsweise beim Joggen erreicht wird. Das Körpergewicht wird nicht stoßartig, sondern in harmonischen Bewegungen abgefangen. Durch den Stockeinsatz wird der gesamte Körper mit einbezogen. Es ist deshalb ein entsprechender Rollwiderstand erforderlich. Um diesen zu erreichen, muss die Geschwindigkeit gezielt reguliert werden. Es ist deshalb Aufgabe der Erfindung, die Rollschuhe mit einer zuschaltbaren, stufenweise anpassbaren Regulierung auszurüsten um die Fahrgeschwindigkeit gezielt anzupassen. Eine weitere Bestimmung ist es, die Rollschuhe für Überlandfahrten so zu gestalten, dass mit der zuschaltbaren Geschwindigkeitsregulierung lange Abfahrtstrecken und auch steile Gefälle, sicher gefahren werden können. Fahren ist sehr leicht zu lernen. Der klassische, schnelle Rollschuhlaufstil ohne Stöcke muss jedoch gewährleistet bleiben.
