Abstract
Die Temperatur eines Elektroantriebs wird geregelt, um ungewünschte Temperatureffekte zu verhindern. Temperaturzustände des Elektroantriebssystems werden überwacht und ein Drehmoment des Elektroantriebssystems wird auf der Grundlage der Temperaturzustände begrenzt.

- TECHNISCHES GEBIET
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Temperaturverwaltung in Antriebssträngen, die über ein Elektroantriebssystem verfügen.
- HINTERGRUND
- Die Verwendung von Elektroantriebssystemen in Fahrzeugantriebssträngen zum Antreiben oder zum Erhöhen von Leistung an einer Abtriebswelle ist bekannt. Zudem ist es wünschenswert, kinetische Energie des Fahrzeugs wiederzugewinnen, und eine derart wiedergewonnene Energie in einer Energiespeichereinrichtung zu speichern. Elektromotoren von Elektroantriebssystemen haben ein brauchbares Verfahren für diesen bidirektionalen Energiefluss an eine und von einer Abtriebswelle geliefert. Ein Aspekt bei der Verwendung eines derartigen Elektroantriebssystems ist das Verwalten der Ansammlung von Wärme in Systemkomponenten. Elektrische Bauteile sind gegenüber Übertemperaturzuständen häufig empfindlich, und es ist vorteilhaft, diese Bauteile bei Temperaturen zu betreiben, die einen effizienten Betrieb fördern und ungewünschte Temperatureffekte vermeiden.
- ZUSAMMENFASSUNG
- Ein Verfahren zum Regeln der Temperatur eines Elektroantriebs umfasst, dass Temperaturzustände an vorbestimmten Stellen in dem Elektroantriebssystem überwacht werden und ein maximal zulässiges Drehmoment des Elektroantriebssystems auf der Grundlage der überwachten Temperaturzustände abgeschwächt wird. Vorzugsweise umfassen die vorbestimmten Stellen ein Wechselrichtermodul und eine Elektromotoranordnung.
- KURZBESCHREIBUNG DER ZEICHNUNGEN
- Eine oder mehrere Ausführungsformen werden nun anhand von Beispielen mit Bezug auf die beiliegenden Zeichnungen beschrieben, in denen:

- Nun auf die Zeichnungen Bezug nehmend, in denen das Gezeigte nur zur Veranschaulichung gewisser beispielhafter Ausführungsformen und nicht zur Begrenzung derselben gedacht ist, veranschaulicht
1 ein Hybridantriebssystem10 , welches gemäß der vorliegenden Offenbarung aufgebaut wurde. Das Hybridantriebssystem10 veranschaulicht eine Verwendung eines Elektroantriebssystems40 , eines Verbrennungsmotors30 und einer Getriebeanordnung20 . Die Getriebeanordnung20 liefert über eine (nicht separat veranschaulichte) Abtriebswelle Abtriebsleistung an einen Endantrieb. Das Elektroantriebssystem40 umfasst eine Energiespeichereinrichtung50 , ein Wechselrichtermodul60 , eine Elektromotoranordnung70 und ein Steuerungsmodul80 . Die Energiespeichereinrichtung50 kann eine Batterie oder ein Batteriestapel sein, aber sie soll nicht darauf beschränkt sein und kann eine beliebige elektrische oder elektrochemische Speichereinrichtung sein. Das Wechselrichtermodul60 setzt elektrische AC-Leistung in DC und elektrische DC-Leistung in AC um. Gleichrichter/Wechselrichter, die im Folgenden nur als Wechselrichter bezeichnet werden, sind in der Technik wohlbekannt und werden hier nicht im Detail beschrieben. Die Elektromotoranordnung70 verwendet einen Elektromotor in einem Fahrmodus, um elektrische AC-Leistung in Rotationsleistung in der Form einer sich drehenden Welle umzuwandeln. Die gleiche Elektromotoranordnung kann den Elektromotor in einem Erzeugungsmodus betreiben, wobei Rotationsleistung durch die sich drehende Welle aufgenommen und elektrische AC-Leistung erzeugt wird. Diese Fähigkeit eines Elektromotors, in einem Fahr- oder einem Erzeugungsmodus zu arbeiten, ist in der Technik wohlbekannt und wird hier nicht im Detail beschrieben. Der Drehmomentabtrieb der Elektromotoranordnung70 ist entweder als das Drehmoment, das von dem Motor auf die Abtriebswelle aufgebracht wird, oder das Drehmoment, das von dem Elektromotor von der Abtriebswelle aufgenommen wird, definiert. Die Fähigkeit der Elektromotoranordnung70 , wie ein Motor oder Generator zu arbeiten, ermöglicht es dem Elektroantriebssystem40 , auf zwei Weisen zu arbeiten: erstens kann das System aus gespeicherter Energie Leistung an einen Endantrieb liefern; zweitens kann das System Leistung von einem Endantrieb in gespeicherte Energie umwandeln. Um Leistung an den Endantrieb zu liefern, liefert die Energiespeichereinrichtung50 elektrische DC-Leistung an das Wechselrichtermodul60 . Das Wechselrichtermodul60 wandelt die elektrische DC-Leistung in elektrische AC-Leistung um. Diese AC-Leistung wird zum Antreiben der Elektromotoranordnung70 und anschließend der Getriebeanordnung20 verwendet. Um kinetische Rotationsenergie von dem Endantrieb in gespeicherte Energie umzuwandeln, empfängt die Elektromotoranordnung70 Rotationsenergie von der Getriebeanordnung20 und wandelt die Energie in elektrische AC-Leistung um. Diese elektrische AC-Leistung wird von der Elektromotoranordnung70 an das Wechselrichtermodul60 übertragen und wird von diesem in elektrische DC-Leistung umgewandelt. Diese elektrische DC-Leistung wird verwendet, um die Energiespeichereinrichtung50 aufzuladen. - Wie bei jedem elektrischen Vorgang wird ein Teil der elektrischen Leistung in dem Elektroantriebssystem
40 in Wärme umgewandelt. Primäre Quellen elektrisch erzeugter Wärme resultieren beispielsweise aus Schaltverlusten in der Elektronik des Wechselrichters, einfachen ohmschen Verlusten (I2R-Verlusten) und Motorverlusten vorwiegend in Motorwicklungen. - Zudem erzeugen auch Reibungskräfte in der Elektromotoranordnung
70 Wärme in dem Elektroantriebssystem40 . Wärme, die in dem Elektroantriebssystem40 erzeugt oder dorthin übertragen wird, kann die Temperatur aller Bauteile in dem System erhöhen, und erhöhte Temperaturen stellen ein Temperaturschadensrisiko dar. Ein Temperaturschaden tritt an einem speziellen Punkt in einem Bauteil auf, wenn die Temperatur an diesem Punkt die Temperaturgrenze eines speziellen Materials oder einer speziellen Struktur überschreitet. Unterschiedliche Betriebszustände der Gesamtanwendung, bei welcher das Elektroantriebssystem40 verwendet wird, können bei speziellen Komponenten vielfältige verschiedene örtlich begrenzte höhere Temperaturen erzeugen. Die Überwachung dessen, ob sich das Elektroantriebssystem40 in einem Übertemperaturzustand befindet, so dass bei Bauteilen ein Temperaturrisiko wegen örtlich begrenzter höherer Temperaturen besteht, kann sich ohne eine Vielzahl in dem System verteilter Sensoren schwierig gestalten. Das Steuerungsmodul80 tastet stattdessen Temperaturdaten von vorbestimmten aussagefähigen Komponenten ab, vorzugsweise von dem Wechselrichtermodul60 und der Elektromotoranordnung70 , verarbeitet diese Temperaturdaten und modelliert den Gesamttemperaturzustand des Systems. Temperatursensoren65 und75 befinden sich an dem Wechselrichtermodul60 bzw. der Elektromotoranordnung70 , um Temperaturdaten zur Verwendung durch das Steuerungsmodul80 zu sammeln. Der aus den Sensordaten entwickelte Temperaturzustand wird dann von programmierten Algorithmen in dem Steuerungsmodul80 verwendet. Diese Algorithmen sind mit Temperaturzustands-Schwellensollwerten programmiert, welche, wenn sie überschritten werden, das Steuerungsmodul80 dazu veranlassen, mit einer Modulation der Elektromotoranordnung70 zu beginnen, indem eine gewisse Drehmomentsteuerung für den Motor der Elektromotoranordnung70 eingeführt wird. Bei akzeptablen Temperaturbetriebszuständen wird eine stetige Maximaldrehmomentfunktion als eine Funktion des Tempera turzustands des Elektroantriebssystems40 an die Elektromotoranordnung70 angelegt, welche effektiv ein Drehmoment bis zu der Drehmomentkapazität des Elektromotors zur Verfügung stellt. Bei nicht akzeptablen Temperaturbetriebszuständen wird die stetige Maximaldrehmomentfunktion abgeschwächt, wie nachstehend hier weiter beschrieben wird. Bei nicht akzeptablen Temperaturbetriebszuständen oder Übertemperaturzuständen führt die stetige Maximaldrehmomentfunktion einen zunehmend restriktiveren Drehmomentreduktionsfaktor in die Steuerungslogik der Elektromotoranordnung70 ein, wodurch der Leistungsdurchsatz des Motors verringert wird. Wenn die Temperatur den Temperaturzustands-Schwellensollwert erreicht, wird ein relativ geringer Reduktionsfaktor in die Steuerungslogik eingeführt, wodurch das maximal zulässige Motordrehmoment relativ zu der Drehmomentkapazität des Motors verringert wird. Wenn die Temperatur fortfährt, über den Temperaturzustands-Schwellensollwert hinaus anzusteigen, wird die Abschwächung des Motordrehmoments aggressiver und folglich wird der Reduktionsfaktor bedeutsamer. Bei einigen Ausführungsformen wird ein Anzeigelicht oder ein Fahrerwarnsystem verwendet, um für den Fall, dass einer der Sollwerte erreicht ist, den Fahrer zu informieren. Zudem können zusätzliche Sollwerte noch höheren Temperaturzuständen entsprechen. Im Fall, dass der Temperaturzustand einen kritischen Temperaturzustands-Sollwert überschreitet, bewirkt das Steuerungsmodul80 , dass das Elektroantriebssystem40 vollständig abgeschaltet wird. Das Abschalten des Elektroantriebssystems40 kann in der Form eines Setzens des maximalen Drehmomentabtriebs der Elektromotoranordnung auf Null oder eines vollständigen Trennens der Leistung von dem Elektroantriebssystem40 stattfinden. Das Abschalten wird beendet, wenn das Steuerungsmodul80 ermittelt, dass der Temperaturzustand des Elektroantriebssystems40 auf einen unteren Rücksetz-Schwellenwert abgenommen hat. Elektrische Leistung, die durch das System läuft, und der Betrieb der Elektromotoranordnung70 sind die primären Wärmequellen in dem Elektroantriebssystem40 , und sowohl im Fall einer Systemmodulation als auch einer Abschaltung verringert ein Verringern des Motordrehmoments des Systems die in dem System erzeugte Wärmemenge. Bei der großen Mehrheit von Situationen wird diese Verringerung von Wärme, die in dem Elektroantriebssystem40 erzeugt wird, es dem System ermöglichen, Wärme zu dissipieren, was zu verringerten Temperaturen in dem System führt und die Wiederaufnahme des normalen Betriebs ermöglicht. - Bei dem voranstehend beschriebenen beispielhaften System mit einem einzigen Motor werden wünschenswerterweise alle Motordrehmomentabschwächungen bei der Gesamtsteuerungsstrategie des Hybridantriebssystems berücksichtigt. Zum Beispiel wird das Beibehalten eines Solldrehmoments des Endantriebs im Fall von Abschwächungen des Motordrehmoments ein Umverteilen des Drehmoments erfordern, welches von dem Verbrennungsmotor
30 benötigt wird. Insbesondere kann die Gesamtsteuerungsstrategie das Drehmoment des Verbrennungsmotors höher einstellen, wenn der Motor der Motoranordnung70 in einem Fahrmodus arbeitet und einer Drehmomentabschwächung unterworfen wird, um das Drehmoment des Endantriebs auf einem Sollniveau zu halten. Auf ähnliche Weise kann die Gesamtsteuerungsstrategie das Drehmoment des Verbrennungsmotors niedriger einstellen, wenn der Motor der Motoranordnung70 in einem Erzeugungsmodus arbeitet und einer Drehmomentabschwächung unterworfen wird, um das Drehmoment des Endantriebs auf einem Sollniveau zu halten. - Das Steuerungsmodul
80 kann die gesammelten Temperaturdaten zudem für eine Vielzahl von Zwecken verwenden. Derartige zusätzliche Zwecke können die Anpassung der verschiedenen Temperatursollwerte an verschiedene Zustände umfassen. Zum Beispiel kann eine spezielle Modula tionskurve verwendet werden, wenn hohe Temperaturen der Umwelt (d. h. Umgebungstemperaturen) angezeigt werden, und eine andere Kurve kann verwendet werden, wenn niedrige Temperaturen der Umwelt angezeigt werden. Bei der Verwendung mit einem Hybridantriebssystem10 kann das Steuerungsmodul Veränderungen bei einer Hybridsteuerungsstrategie derart einleiten, dass an das Elektroantriebssystem40 niedrigere Anforderungen gestellt werden. Eine weitere beispielhafte Verwendung, welche das Steuerungsmodul80 mit den Temperaturdaten durchführen kann, umfasst Sensorfehlfunktionsdiagnosen und adaptive Steuerungen. Wenn ermittelt wird, dass ein Temperatursensor fehlerhaft arbeitet, kann das Steuerungsmodul80 so arbeiten, dass es eine stetige Maximaldrehmomentfunktion als eine Funktion der Winkelgeschwindigkeit des Elektromotors einführt, um die Wahrscheinlichkeit eines Temperaturschadens zu verringern, bis der fehlerhaft arbeitende Sensor ersetzt werden kann. Eine beispielhafte Ausführungsform einer derartigen stetigen Maximaldrehmomentfunktion, die in dem Fall einer Sensorfehlfunktion verwendet wird, ist in6 dargestellt. -
2 veranschaulicht eine zusätzliche Ausführungsform, in der das Elektroantriebssystem40 zwei Elektromotoranordnungen verwenden kann. Wechselrichtermodule60A und60B sind mit Elektromotoranordnungen70A bzw.70B elektrisch gekoppelt. Sensoren65A und65B dienen zur Überwachung der Temperatur der Wechselrichtermodule60A bzw.60B , und Sensoren75A und75B dienen zur Überwachung der Temperatur der Elektromotoranordnungen70A bzw.70B . Die Sensoren65A ,65B ,75A und75B dienen gemeinsam dazu, Temperaturdaten zur Verwendung durch das Steuerungsmodul80 zu sammeln, um einen Gesamttemperaturzustand des Elektroantriebssystems40 zu berechnen. Das Steuerungsmodul80 verwendet den Temperaturzustand, um zu ermitteln, ob eine Modulation der Elektromotoranordnungen70A und70B oder ein komplettes Ausschalten des Elektroantriebssystems40 angemessen ist. Bei einer speziellen Ausführungsform dient das Steuerungsmodul80 zum Modulieren oder Ausschalten entweder der Elektromotoranordnung70A oder der Elektromotoranordnung70B , wenn die örtlich begrenzten Temperaturlesewerte nur eine Maßnahme bei einem Teil des Systems40 rechtfertigen. - Wie bei dem vorstehend beschriebenen beispielhaften System mit einem einzigen Motor werden alle Motordrehmomentabschwächungen wünschenswerterweise bei der Gesamtsteuerungsstrategie des Hybridantriebssystems berücksichtigt. Und durch derartige Steuerungsstrategien wird das Drehmoment des Endantriebs dadurch auf dem Sollniveau gehalten. Bei bekannten dualen Motorsystemen, z. B. bei einem elektrisch variablen kombiniert leistungsverzweigten Getriebe mit zwei Modi, wie es in dem
US-Patent mit der Nr. 5,931,757 offenbart ist, welches durch Bezugnahme hierin aufgenommen ist, können jedoch die auf einen Motor aufgebrachten Drehmomentabschwächungen bei dem Drehmoment des anderen Motors, dem Drehmoment des Verbrennungsmotors oder einer Kombination daraus berücksichtigt werden. Somit kann bei einem Hybridantriebssystem, das zwei Motoranordnungen umfasst, eine Drehmomentabschwächung eines Motors in Übereinstimmung mit der Gesamtsteuerungsstrategie des Hybridantriebssystems auf den anderen Motor oder den Verbrennungsmotor umverteilt oder zwischen diesen aufgeteilt werden. -
3 stellt eine schematische Zeichnung einer Ausführungsform einer dreiphasigen Wechselrichtermodulvorrichtung dar. Einrichtungen, die mit einer elektrischen AC-Leistung arbeiten, arbeiten häufig mit einer dreiphasigen Leistung. Bei dieser Ausführungsform des Elektroantriebssystems40 wird zwischen dem Wechselrichtermodul60 und der Elektromo toranordnung70 eine dreiphasige elektrische AC-Leistung verwendet. Um mit einer dreiphasigen elektrischen Leistung zu arbeiten, verwendet das Wechselrichtermodul60 drei separate interne elektrische Schaltungen110 ,120 und130 , die jeweils in einer anderen Phase arbeiten. Jede elektrische Schaltung110 ,120 und130 ist mit einem entsprechenden Temperatursensor115 ,125 und135 paarweise angeordnet. Die Temperatursensoren115 ,125 und135 nehmen die Stelle des Sensors65 ein, der in der in1 veranschaulichten Ausführungsform verwendet wird. Mindestens ein Temperatursensor75 wird weiterhin verwendet, um die Elektromotoranordnung70 zu überwachen. Durch die Verwendung eines Sensors für jede einzelne elektrische Schaltung wird die Temperatur des Wechselrichtermoduls60 durch das Steuerungsmodul80 genauer überwacht. Bei einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird das Steuerungsmodul80 die drei Eingange von den Temperatursensoren115 ,125 und135 in einen Arbeitswert umwandeln, um den Temperaturzustand des Wechselrichtermoduls60 anzunähern. Der Arbeitswert kann der maximale Lesewert der drei Sensorlesewerte, ein Durchschnitt der drei Sensorlesewerte oder eine andere Funktion der Daten sein. Bei weiteren Ausführungsformen können die drei Eingange von verschiedenen Algorithmen verarbeitet werden. Zudem kann das Steuerungsmodul80 Diagnoseroutinen (wie etwa Vergleichs-, Korrelations- und Plausibilitätsprüfungen) ausführen, um zu ermitteln, ob irgendeiner der Temperatursensoren115 ,125 und135 fehlerhaft arbeitet. Ein bevorzugtes Verfahren zur Diagnose von Sensorfehlfunktionen ist beispielsweise in der US-Patentanmeldung mit der Seriennummer 11/669,439 offengelegt, die am 31. Januar 2007 eingereicht wurde, demselben Patentinhaber gehört und hierin durch Bezugnahme aufgenommen ist. Die Temperaturdaten von fehlerhaft arbeitenden Sensoren werden zur Ermittlung des Temperaturzustands des Elektroantriebssystems40 nicht verwendet. Der Arbeitswert von den Sensoren115 ,125 und135 und die Lesewerte von dem Sensor75 werden von dem Steuerungsmodul80 wie in den voranstehend erwähnten Ausführungsformen beschrieben verwendet, um zu ermitteln, ob eine Modulation oder ein Abschalten des Systems40 angemessen ist. -
4 und5 sind Aufzeichnungen, die verwendet werden, um in das Steuerungsmodul80 einprogrammierte Temperaturzustands-Sollwerte zu zeigen, welche verwendet werden, um die Temperaturschutzaspekte der Erfindung zu bedienen. Wie voranstehend erwähnt, empfängt das Steuerungsmodul80 Temperaturdaten von verschiedenen Temperatursensoren, wobei vorzugsweise mindestens ein Temperatursensor die Motoranordnung(en) überwacht und ein Temperatursensor das/die Wechselrichtermodul(e) überwacht. Temperaturzustände des Elektroantriebssystems werden mit vorprogrammierten Sollwerten verglichen, um zu ermitteln, welche, falls überhaupt, Drehmomentabschwächungssteuerung für den Elektromotor des Elektroantriebssystems40 eingeführt werden soll. Solange der Temperaturzustand des Elektroantriebssystems40 in der Betriebszone mit normaler Temperatur bleibt, übt das Steuerungsmodul80 keinen Modulationseffekt auf das Elektroantriebssystem40 aus. Wenn der Temperaturzustand des Elektroantriebssystems40 einen programmierten Temperaturzustands-Schwellensollwert erreicht, beginnt das Steuerungsmodul80 damit, eine gewählte Verringerung für das maximale Drehmoment einzuführen, welches der Elektromotor auf die Getriebeanordnung20 aufbringen oder von dieser empfangen kann. Der Algorithmus, der verwendet wird, um den gewählten Reduktionsfaktor einzuführen, kann eine einfache lineare Verringerung bei dem maximal zulässigen Motordrehmoment nachbilden oder kann eine komplexere Gestalt annehmen.3 stellt eine Einführung einer linearen Reduktion bei dem zulässigen Drehmoment dar, wohingegen4 eine Einführung einer parabolischen Reduktion bei dem zulässigen Drehmoment darstellt. Unterschiedliche Drehmomentbegrenzungskurven können in Abhängigkeit von der angenommenen Systemverwendung nützlich sein. Der Algorithmus kann das maximal zulässige Drehmoment des Elektroantriebssystems40 allmählich oder drastisch abschwächen, sobald der Temperaturzustands-Schwellensollwert erreicht ist. Wenn der Temperaturzustand des Elektroantriebssystems40 zu einem noch höheren Niveau gelangt, wird der Algorithmus die Einstellung für das maximale Drehmoment auf Null verringern. Sollte der Temperaturzustand des Elektroantriebssystems40 mit dem Anstieg bis zu einem programmierten Temperaturzustands-Abschaltsollwert fortfahren, kann das Steuerungsmodul80 bei einigen Ausführungsformen vorzugsweise die gesamte elektrische Leistung durch das Wechselrichtermodul60 und die Elektromotoranordnung70 unterbrechen, um das Elektroantriebssystem40 und seine Bauteile vor dem Erreichen eines kritischen Temperaturzustands oder Temperaturereignisses zu schützen. - Die Offenlegung hat gewisse bevorzugte Ausführungsformen und Modifikationen dazu beschrieben. Beim Lesen und Verstehen dieser Beschreibung können anderen weitere Modifikationen und Veränderungen einfallen. Claims (21)
- Verfahren zum Regeln der Temperatur eines Elektroantriebssystems, das umfasst, dass: Temperaturzustände an vorbestimmten Stellen in dem Elektroantriebssystem überwacht werden; und ein maximal zulässiges Drehmoment des Elektroantriebssystems auf der Grundlage der überwachten Temperaturzustände abgeschwächt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Elektroantriebssystem mit einem Getriebe eines Hybridantriebsstrangs wirksam gekoppelt ist, wobei das Getriebe mit einem Verbrennungsmotor und einem Endantrieb wirksam gekoppelt ist und das Verfahren ferner umfasst, dass: das Drehmoment des Verbrennungsmotors eingestellt wird, um ein Solldrehmoment des Endantriebs beizubehalten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Elektroantriebssystem ein Paar von Elektromotoranordnungen umfasst, die mit einem elektrisch variablen kombiniert leistungsverzweigten Getriebe mit zwei Modi wirksam gekoppelt sind, wobei das Getriebe mit einem Verbrennungsmotor und einem Endantrieb wirksam gekoppelt ist, wobei das Abschwächen des maximal zulässigen Drehmoments des Elektroantriebssystems umfasst, dass das maximal zulässige Drehmoment einer Elektromotoranordnung des Paars von Elektromotor anordnungen abgeschwächt wird und das Verfahren ferner umfasst, dass: das Drehmoment des Verbrennungsmotors und/oder das Drehmoment der anderen Elektromotoranordnung des Paars von Elektromotoranordnungen eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die vorbestimmten Stellen ein Wechselrichtermodul und eine Elektromotoranordnung umfassen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Wechselrichtermodul ein dreiphasiges Wechselrichtermodul umfasst und das Überwachen der Temperaturzustände umfasst, dass Temperaturzustände jeweiliger elektrischer Schaltungen für jede Phase überwacht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Abschwächen des maximal zulässigen Drehmoments des Elektroantriebssystems auf dem höchsten überwachten Temperaturzustand der elektrischen Schaltungen basiert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Abschwächen des maximal zulässigen Drehmoments des Elektroantriebssystems auf einem durchschnittlichen überwachten Temperaturzustand aller elektrischen Schaltungen basiert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, das ferner umfasst, dass Temperaturzustände einer zusätzlichen Elektromotoranordnung und eines zusätzlichen Wechselrichtermoduls, welches der zusätzlichen Elektromotoranordnung zugeordnet ist, überwacht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, das ferner umfasst, dass jede Elektromotoranordnung auf der Grundlage von Temperaturzuständen, welche den jeweiligen Wechselrichtermodulen entsprechen, unabhängig moduliert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Abschwächen des maximal zulässigen Drehmoments des Elektroantriebssystems auf der Grundlage der überwachten Temperaturzustände umfasst, dass eine stetige Maximaldrehmomentfunktion für den Drehmomentabtrieb der Elektromotoranordnung eingeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei die stetige Maximaldrehmomentfunktion gemäß einer Umgebungstemperatur variabel ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei die stetige Maximaldrehmomentfunktion eine zunehmend restriktivere Begrenzung des maximalen Drehmomentabtriebs für die Elektromotoranordnung einführt, wenn die Temperaturzustände ansteigen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei die stetige Maximaldrehmomentfunktion den maximalen Drehmomentabtrieb der Elektromotoranordnung in Ansprechen auf ansteigende Temperaturzustände derart verringert, dass der maximale Drehmomentabtrieb der Elektromotoranordnung auf Null verringert wird, bevor ein kritischer Temperaturzustand erreicht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei die stetige Maximaldrehmomentfunktion ein Abschalten jeglicher elektrischer Leistung an dem Elektroantriebssystem bewirkt, wenn die Temperaturzustände einen vorbestimmten Temperaturzustands-Abschaltsollwert überschreiten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, das ferner umfasst, dass die überwachten Temperaturzustände validiert werden und wobei das Abschwächen des maximal zulässigen Drehmoments des Elektroantriebssystems auf der Grundlage der überwachten Temperaturzustände auf den validierten überwachten Temperaturzuständen beruht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, wobei das Abschwächen des maximal zulässigen Drehmoments des Elektroantriebssystems auf der Grundlage der überwachten Temperaturzustände umfasst, dass eine stetige Maximaldrehmomentfunktion für den Drehmomentabtrieb der Elektromotoranordnung als eine Funktion einer Winkelgeschwindigkeit der Elektromotoranordnung eingeführt wird, wenn die überwachten Temperaturzustände nicht validiert werden können.
- Verfahren zum Regeln der Temperatur eines Elektroantriebs, der ein Wechselrichtermodul und eine Elektromotoranordnung umfasst, wobei das Verfahren umfasst, dass: Temperaturen des Wechselrichtermoduls und der Elektromotoranordnung überwacht werden; ein Temperaturzustand aus den überwachten Temperaturen ermittelt wird; und eine stetige Maximaldrehmomentfunktion für den Drehmomentabtrieb der Elektromotoranordnung eingeführt wird, die dazu dient, dass der verfügbare Drehmomentabtrieb der Elektromotoranordnung als eine Funktion eines ansteigenden Temperaturzustands zunehmend beschränkt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, das ferner umfasst, dass für den Drehmomentabtrieb der Elektromotoranordnung eine stetige Maximaldrehmomentfunktion als eine Funktion einer Winkelgeschwindigkeit der Elektromotoranordnung eingeführt wird, wenn der Temperaturzustand nicht ermittelt werden kann.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, wobei das Wechselrichtermodul ein dreiphasiges Wechselrichtermodul umfasst und das Überwachen der Temperaturen umfasst, dass Temperaturen jeweiliger elektrischer Schaltungen für jede Phase überwacht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 19, wobei die stetige Maximaldrehmomentfunktion den verfügbaren Drehmomentabtrieb der Elektromotoranordnung als eine Funktion eines ansteigenden Temperaturzustands auf der Grundlage der höchsten überwachten Temperatur der elektrischen Schaltungen beschränkt.
- Elektroantriebssystem, das umfasst: eine Energiespeichereinrichtung; ein Wechselrichtermodul; eine Elektromotoranordnung; mehrere Temperatursensoren, die angeordnet sind, um Temperaturzustände des Wechselrichtermoduls und der Elektromotoranordnung zu überwachen und dazu dienen, Temperaturdaten zu liefern, welche die Temperaturzustände anzeigen; und ein Steuerungsmodul, das dazu dient, Daten zu überwachen, die von den Temperatursensoren geliefert werden, und den Betrieb der Elektromotoranordnung zu modulieren, indem es eine maximale Abtriebsdrehmomentgrenze für die Elektromotoranordnung als eine Funktion der überwachten Temperaturzustände einführt.
