Abstract
Description
The The invention relates to a component for use in the interior of a Motor vehicle according to claim 1.
Im Stand der Technik sind bereits Anwendungen von Titandioxid-Photokatalysatoren mit einer Reinigungswirkung beispielsweise im Sanitärbereich und auch im Bereich von Wandfarben, wobei dabei Titandioxid gleichzeitig noch als Weißpigment wirkt, bekannt.in the Prior art are already applications of titanium dioxide photocatalysts with a cleaning effect, for example in the sanitary area and also in the range of wall paints, whereby thereby titanium dioxide at the same time still known as white pigment, known.
Weiterhin
The present invention is therefore an application of titanium dioxide photocatalysts provide in motor vehicles, which in particular the cleaning effect of such photocatalysts for automotive applications becomes.
This object is achieved by a component for use in the interior of a motor vehicle, wherein the visible surface of the component, at least in some areas a photocatalytic coating based on TiO 2 (titanium dioxide).
Of the Advantage of this embodiment of the invention is that so the photocatalytic cleaning action of titanium dioxide for motor vehicles such as passenger cars, but also buses and trucks can be used.
Dabei
Funktionselemente wie eine Sonnenblende, ein Lüftungsgitter oder eine Zierblende.advantageously, is the photocatalytic titanium dioxide as a coating on those Apply components in the interior of a motor vehicle, which due to their arrangement are in the range of solar radiation, so that they are supplied with sufficient light energy. In particular are to components in the pane, preferably a panel to call the hat rack, the dashboard or the doors. Likewise, the coating but also in an advantageous manner to all other components in the interior transferable, the scattered light are exposed, such as a headliner or Seat components or operating or functional elements such as a sun visor, a ventilation grille or a trim panel.
When Process for coating a corresponding component is suitable in particular a dip coating or a coating by spraying. The catalytic coating is called Component of a liquid, such. A solution, applied on the component and permanently by a sintering process associated with this.
Advantageously, a photocatalytically active titanium dioxide coating is to be applied to each surface. Preferably on a smooth and / or structured plastic surface as it is used in the field of a dashboard, but also as a coating of fibers, so that they in different knitted fabrics, ie defined Fa serstrukturen, in particular in a textile fiber fabric, can be used. As a result, the range of use of the components according to the invention is increased significantly by prefabricated textile semi-finished products are assembled in an advantageous manner.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention are in a textile Fiber fabric at least partially photocatalytically coated fabric fibers introduced on the basis of mineral fibers and / or metal fibers and especially woven.
Of the Advantage of this embodiment is that it is ensured that the coated fibers do not decompose themselves from the titanium dioxide As in a titanium dioxide coated fiber fabric Basis of organic fibers, such as cotton fibers occur would. As carrier fibers for the titanium dioxide are alternatively or additive mineral fibers preferably on Base of glass wool fibers and / or rock wool fibers and metal fibers preferably based on steel wool fibers or stainless steel fibers apply. Stainless steel fibers also have the advantage an improved corrosion resistance. The corresponding fibers are to be coated with titanium dioxide already in their raw state, preferably by means of spraying and subsequent sintering, and then in already coated state in, for example To spin a yarn or a thread, which subsequent to textile fabric is woven. Alternatively, the fibers are also in applicable to any other knitted fabric of fibers.
Further Advantages, features and details of the invention will become apparent the following description of preferred embodiments.
To be at the production of the cover material proportionally based on metal fibers woven from stainless steel wool into the fabric yarns and processed into fabric. The proportion of coated stainless steel fibers in the total volume of Yarn is 5%. The stainless steel fibers are present spinning the yarn with carbon-doped titanium dioxide by means of a dip coating and then sintered coated. By This configuration of the tissue are on exposure to light the corresponding tissue surfaces advantageous all organic Air pollution in the interior of the car as well as eventual organic soiling of the tissues themselves, for example by Spots or microbes due to the photocatalytic action of titanium dioxide eliminated.
In A second embodiment is analogously to the previous embodiment, a textile fabric made as window curtains in a coach is used. They give the advantages already described above in terms of air and stain cleaning. As in the coach too the backrests of greater pollution are also subject to an analogue, more robust fabric covered.
Advantageous Here are the already described organic pollutants eliminated on the tissue.
In In a third embodiment, the curtains a sleeping cabin of a truck in the interior of a cab configured analogous to the second embodiment. Also This results in the previously well-described advantages in terms of air and stain cleaning. To further increase the cleaning effect is the headliner of the cab as well with a coating based on a carbon-doped titanium dioxide designed. This is on the headlining of plastic fabric also by spraying and subsequent sintering doped titanium dioxide deposited. Alternatively, of course also in the area of headliner cladding a textile fiber fabric or knitted fabric can be used according to the preceding description.
