Apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that an upper hinge plate ( 110 . 110 ' ) by means of a slot in a hand rest ( 101 ) and a sliding block ( 111 . 111 ' ) mounted screw ( 114 . 114 ' ) is lockable on the rail.
